I reached out to Curadebt to let them know I received a summons for a debt not enrolled in their program. Catalina took the time to understand my worries and went over a throughout explanation of my options and the pros and cons. She was very compassionate and willing to help. At the end of the call, I felt half of the stress lifted off my shoulders. It's comforting to have people who put themselves in your shoes and go above a beyond to show you options. Mr Melvin Peeters was the quintessential professional in his interaction with me. He was courteous, reassuring, great communicative skills, easily understood, and highly knowledgeable in his job duties. He gave me the impression of being trustworthy,which motivated me to join the program. His expertise showed in his discourse with me. Excellent, indeed.

Catalina was very helpful in clearing the problem of the monthly payment not being taken in April 2025. She also assisted me in setup future payments starting in August of 2025. Her support help resolve the issue of current payments starting April 10.

I spoke with Catalina , she was very nice and helpful and did help with a lot of scheduling and went above and beyond to help out and explain the process, was very patient and truly was very attentive and understanding to my requests , CuraDebt is lucky to have Catalina work with them.

Catalina was thorough, kind, empathetic and understanding. She gave the best service over the phone and was able to ease my nerves.

I contacted curadebt to simply resolve one debt that was in the hands of a credit collections company. I already have a payment plan with the collectors, who welcomed negotiations to resolve the debt for a fraction of the original amount.
I told curadebt I hoped to have the lump sum settlement paid, converting it to manageable monthly payments. I also expressed the urgency several times. Melvin assured me this was achievable and wrote up the contract, telling me their team of fakes and frauds would negotiate the settlement immediately.
After several weeks I had seen no signs of any activity by Curadebt except suspiciously constant messages asking if I was still 'confident', and relentless requests to refer anyone I knew with debt to them; as well as requests to write a review on their business even though I had just enlisted their services and did not have adequate history to trust them AS WELL AS the fact that I had seen no positive results yet.
After getting things notarized and making payments to cursdebt and still seeing no results for weeks I called to express my irritation. Daniel informed me they don't make lump payments etc.
Their shifty behaviour and constant attempts to occupy or distract from the fact that they were doing nothing while relentlessly reminding me to have money in the account for them finally raised too many red flags and I cancelled the program.
Even after I cancelled I got repeated calls and messages that they were working on my account and doing their best etc, until I had to basically say Leave me the Fk Alone.
Im still waiting on my refund and expect some bullsh*t lies and excuses from them about why I haven't received it or I should have gotten it by now etc, when who knows which one of them spent it on what, maybe investing it into their scam to make it more convincing, or using it on drugs so they have the energy to contact their potential victims and make sure noone's losing confidence in them or noticing a lack of results.
The deal curadebt gave me was $126 every 2 weeks; my existing arrangement is for $250 a month!? They offered to 'negotiate a settlement' for more than i'm already paying? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Their reviews are from new customers, not people with experience with them.
