WARNING DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
I paid a subscription for a week and cancelled it before the 7 days was up as website said would charge automatically for a month. Checked and subscription cancelled on website. Checked my bank account few days later and they had taken money anyway and so had another company at the same time.
They seem to pass your details on to other dating sites as you receive E-mails from them too.
Also tried to cancel my account and it is impossible.
Did contact company and refused to give refund .

Almost nobody replies and they all seem fake
Almost nobody replies and they all seem fake accounts. Strangely (and quite worryingly) you sign you in Cupid and then suddenly you receive emails from LoveChemistry and UniformDating as well. You see the exact same profiles in all systems. They write you a message, you reply and no reply back. I feel these are some automated messages to keep you going. From the ~20 people I received message from, only 2-3 people replied for once-twice, then they said something that didn't make sense. They feel totally like bots.
Also, you sign up for a 1-week membership, you pay for 1-week, but then you automatically go to 1-month membership and you'll be charged automatically if you don't deactive. Of course, apparently, it is in the T&Cs that you never read. Horrible.

This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM. They took money from my account that I did not authorise, then they made me speak to someone who is located in the Fillipines, only for the person to tell me that I am not entitled to a REFUND! They're TERRIBLE and left me feeling VERY angry.
I was on the site for all of 10 minutes, and they managed to steal £25 from me!!!
DO NOT use this site AT ALL. In fact, this site should be removed altogether, as it is unethical.
I attempted to remove a photo I uploaded, but the site said the photo was "deleting," then they sent me an email, stating that my photo violates their policy! WHAT!!??
I tried to deactivate the account, but I was not able to do so either.
THEY'RE UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update on 11/1/2022:
My review is at threat of being removed because I did not respond to Trust Pilot's email/invitation to continue communication with the scammers mentioned above.
It is not fair to tell us we have a "choice..." then threaten us with removal of this review.
Update: Email from "Spasidar H", from Trust Pilot this morning 13/1/2022
They were replying to an email I forwarded from 'Cupid'!
"Hi #####,
Thanks for getting back to us, we really appreciate it.
Unfortunately your documentation isn’t enough to verify your review at this stage, because it doesn’t show the company’s full name or domain. Would you mind sending through some more documentation, where the company’s full name or domain is clearly visible.
We hope you can send further documentation within 3 days so that we can keep your review online. Once again, thanks for working with us on this."

The dating review sites have got it wrong
Thought I would sound this site out as it was one of the top rated ones on a dating review site. After trying to sign up for a month for £36.20 (the agreed monthly rate for 3 months recurring) they tried to bill me for an an extra £27.15 for another company as a 'bonus' for joining. However on closer examination of the terms and conditions this would turn into a recurring monthly payment of £51 for something I didn't even sign up to and actually made a point of excluding by un-checking a box hidden away in the terms. This company in spite of it's review is bordering on the fraudulent so avoid at all costs.

I've been on and off dating sites for…
I've been on and off dating sites for 15+ years, I've tried pretty much all of them and had some degree of success on all of the free ones and a few paid ones, but I can categorically say that cupid.com for a Victorian is hands down the worst, you couldn't even call it a dating site, it's more like a paid online chat site for lonely fat blokes.. I still can't say for sure whether there was even one real profile that I saw, you know it's fake when there are 400 gorgeous girls, 15 years younger than me within 50kms of me that all want to talk to me on the first hour of signing up, I decided to have some fun with this app tho, I asked the girls what suburb they were from then made up fake pub names and asked them which pub they liked better in their suburb? Which one had better food and so on.. $44 for 2weeks of mild entertainment..

Cupid is by far the biggest money pit scam. 21.99 for 7 days?? to see messages...from fake accounts. Cupid states this is untrue but does not take the proper steps to ensure bots aren’t on the site...I mean come on who wouldn’t take your money just to see who messaged you. Scam artists I will be escalating this.

possibly the worst site I have been on
possibly the worst site I have been on, fraudulent scam artists. I have recorded videos and taken pictures on how the site works. I have notified action fraud and trading standards. This site does not deserve to run i will be taking this to the next level. Just wait for the emails and contacts from the authorities. On top of this the site has nothing but bots which is illegal to use to entice people to subscribe, you have a message when you sign up its generic "how upset are you that one direction split" lol seriously a 40 year old is going to send that yeah.

Do not go near this crowd with a barge pole!! They entice you in with a cheap 3 day trial which you can cancel at any time and even if you do, they charge you after this for the next month as the 3 day cancellation doesn’t cancel your contract. Refusing to refund the money and offering a months membership as compensation.
The site it’s self is full of automated scammers and I honesty do not think there is a genuine person on there!
I can’t understand how companies that operate this way are allowed to scam money under the guise of very small print!! Absolutely digesting Business practice akin to the Nigerian scammers!!!

No stars really !!
I only pressed one star, as TrustPilot wouldn't let me progress to my review, otherwise I would award no stars at all.
Having read others experience of using this site, at least I've had my own suspicions confirmed.
Not that familiar with online dating sites so only got myself to blame for choosing this total pain in the backside of a site.
I could rant on about my 'experiences', but suffice to say it is a complete waste of time and money.
They're also very shady in regard to how they charge you for certain things like an upgrade for example.
I pressed this by mistake as I was trying to get to the next stage of the process for the basic membership deal but when I called them up to ask for a refund - no go - all sorts of excuses.
Furthermore, trying to get in touch with their so called Customer Support ( for which read lack of ! ), is a nigh on impossible task.
In the few instances you actually get a ( automated ) reply, it bears no comparison to the subject matter of your complaint.
They told me they have no problem attracting people to the site when I called them out over their shady practices, essentially saying if I didn't like it, I knew where I could go.
When conversing with a number of profiles on the site, you could write a longish message about a particular subject only to get a reply of something like 'hello, how are you today' rather than any comment whatsoever about the content of your previous message - weird and therefore probably an automated response. Sooooo many fake profiles it's unreal.
Gentlemen and Ladies, save your money, do not get yourselves emotionally ( and potentially financially ) crippled by this rip off of a site - I know I am !!
Don't upgrade and don't give them your card details, or you'll find yourself much worse off at the Bank.
I can't think of one good thing to write about this site other than for the fact I've now left it completely. Yay!!😄

Ok seriously
Ok seriously? Cant even accept the email address to sign up...
It's a con company
A pack of crooks sends you sexy messages from fake profiles just to keep you hooked. There are no real people behind these messages. They like to overcharge you for the features you never authorized.
Cupid Feel is full of scammers and the…
Cupid Feel is full of scammers and the website itself is a scam too to con your money.
Everything you want to do on website costs you tokens (money).
I created a fake profile describing me as 99 year old, fat, big, ugly wanting to meet big, fat, and ugly old women. All replies so far are from young pretty Chinese models.
They want to do this and that with me and actually what they want is to want you to pay tokens.
I think these profiles are created by the website itself to generate money for themselves.
Look at one of the typical message from the girls:

I want to use 5 billion to buy your sperm, can I???I am now in the best age of being a mother and having a baby!!But I don't want to get married beacuse of some personal reasons!I want to be a single mother.Dont worry I have the ability to do it.I was born in a rich family so I can give my baby everything he want in the world!!I have already told my parents my thought!!They were very open-minded and support me very much. Now I ask you to do me this favor, to help me become a mother!!!I want you because I want a hybrid.I think you have good genes! Can you make this deal with me???i am waiting for your answer!Gao Lu
What a joke!!!!!
I thought I'd give Cupid
I thought I'd give Cupid . So I got a 1 month membership ? Once there I got few friendly users . But they were not from my area . But the people that I matched with . Didn't even bother contacting me . But they kept liking my profile . So after having a paid subscription . After only 1 day I ended up cancelling my subscription . I don't think it's . The dating sites fault . I think it's the users . Because most of people I matched with. Just thought it would be funny if . They played with my feelings emotionally . So take it from me it's not the dating site . It's the user so unless you want a bunch of girls playing . With you're feelings I'd stay away from Cupid .

Before I even looked at the site I…
Before I even looked at the site I found the probably ONE and ONLY fake review that glorified Cupid Feel. Everything it said was just way to much all wine and roses which red flagged my skepticism, So I filled out my prophile info as such,.. I’m a jobless high school drop out convicted rapist and satan worshipping disgusting degenerate who never showers and treats all women like garbage. In the first 20 minutes of (non premium) membership I had thirteen (fake prerecorded) messages from professionally photographed playboy like centerfolds of all ages, three who favorited me, nine who want to meet me, 4 in there fifties yet look like there in highschool. My prophile pic is almost one quater of a real face and all these fake models are Asian. I couldn’t find any other ethnic cultures on the search feature. I gave this site one star because I think it’s definifinely the place to go if you can’t find a street to throw your money away to.
Just avoid - all profiles there are scammers
Just avoid. Read the other reviews (majority negative) on various review sites and ask yourself, why are so many people writing that this whole site is a scam. Well I signed up, paid a subscription and found out for myself that you're just throwing money to the wind. You will get loads of messages in your inbox, but 99% will be only from scammers and fake accounts.
The site is VERY restrictive about which photos you can upload and customer service is non existant - I emailed them 4 times and after 2 weeks still haven't had a reply. Save your money and go with a free site, they honestly can't be any worse.
