Not Real Entertainment 

I placed an order (Mystery Box) on March 3rd, and over a month later, I am still waiting for a clear shipment confirmation.

The main issue has been the lack of consistency and transparency:

- Multiple promised timelines (“after the 21st”, “shipped by the 24th”, “next week”) were all missed
- I received contradictory updates — one saying the order was still processing, another saying it was nearing customs
- Most responses have been vague or automated, with no concrete shipping commitment
- Calls have gone unanswered, and follow-ups have not been properly addressed

To be clear — I am not asking for a refund. I want the product I paid for.

However, at this point, I expect:
- A confirmed shipment date
- A valid tracking number
- Clear and consistent communication

Delays can happen, especially with sourcing and logistics, but the lack of accountability and clarity is concerning.

I am still hopeful this will be resolved properly, but based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be cautious unless communication and fulfillment improve significantly.

Worst site. worst customer experience. Fake products. Delayed refunds.

Not at all worth the hype that was excpected from the Mystery box,
Items are not even worth 10k forget about 21k.
As usual it almost took 45 days to get the items delivered yet,nothing in the mystery box.

I wish i had not bought this,as a customer one should always feel whatever they get it should always be worth.

I wont recommend to any ofmy friends or family regarding this website and moreover they are just displaying wrong MRP on most of the product.
I request people to check with original website before buying any of the products in CULTURE CIRCLE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Selling FAKE products DO NOT buy anything from them bought a fragrance from them completely fake and costumer support is non existent.

Ordered a mystery box on 4th march, with order ID 26030420142075 and since then—nothing. No updates, no tracking, no communication whatsoever. It honestly feels like my money has just disappeared into thin air.
Customer support is basically non-existent. No replies, no accountability, no sense of urgency. For a platform that takes payments so quickly, the complete lack of service afterward is shocking.
At this point, it feels less like a shopping experience and more like getting scammed. Zero transparency, zero professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to stay away unless you’re okay with losing your money and your sanity.

i have order a watch from the website and got a defected one and top of that it was pre owned and the website didn't mention that at the time of purchase. When I tried to return it the coustomer care is not very helpful and rejected my return and I never got a solution to it.

Seeing the craze of Rhode all over the world I wanted To have a particular shade of rhode tint but when you want something as early as possible universe have its own plan
Received a totally different shade 🥲
Later on as I had a unboxing video they allowed me an exchange and received the shade

Worst decision of my life to buy anything from culture circle. I have been waiting for my product since 2 months with no response from the customer service, after continuously mailing them and contacting them I received a mail stating that my order has been shipped but now when I am checking it has been cancelled by the merchant, I am just disappointed with the website as it’s the most conveniently fraudulent thing I have seen.

Been on shark tank made it a little authentic but the experience I will not recommend a single person to even surf this stupid website.

Worst service with the culture circle, I ordered nb 9060, they looked not finished. Glue all over. I ordered around 25th feb.
Two more items were supposed to be delivered along with the same, 3rd march was the delivery, till 15th no idea.
Never go with them.

I placed an order for the mystery box and i see that the order is getting delayed constantly when dropped an email to support i see that the email address doesn't exist. The support chat is basically AI based which doesnt help.Trying to follow up with the team and it’s basically zero to none. Typical case of over promising and under delivering.

I ordered a nike reactx for my wife. it showed instant delivery . i order on 5th March pre paid, and i have not received the product till now. infect now they say we are sourcing this from abroad and ll take 25-30 days.
they are not replying to my mails , no instagram replly. custom care literally blocked me. biggest liars on earth.

Absolutely terrible experience with Culture Circle. They take your money upfront and then keep you waiting for two months with zero meaningful updates. After all that time, they suddenly say the order is “not possible.”

So basically they hold your money for months and then cancel without delivering anything. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scammy way to use customers’ money as a free float.

If you’re thinking of ordering from Culture Circle, be very careful. Long delays, no transparency, and ultimately no product.

I was so nervous to order Yeezys online because like you never know, came in original packaging, completely sealed and they are definately authentic , the quality and the foam everything is exactly what real pair feels like, it was in a way stress free i received the tracking on the 3rd day after placing the order.

I ordered Pink Jordans,on a Total impulse and I was very excited to recieve that . And after I receive them they were of very good quality, I'm super impressed with the company. The quality and prices they provide is very impressive.

There order management is pathetic and this company is for sure a fraud one. I ordered a Seiko mod royal oak and I made 20% advance payment as I was very doubtful whether they will be able to fulfill the order or not and guess what? They were not able to fulfill the order. I got my money back and order was moved to refunded status.
The main reason I am sure was - I got the watch at a lower price on their website, 5000 lower than the regular price.

I have attached the screenshot of my chat with them. The service is so pathetic and their system is such an amazing one - I am still getting emails and alerts that my order is being processed.

Their CEO Devansh reached out asking for feedback and like a genuine customer I gave them my feedback as I was happy initially but after the order got cancelled I messaged him too showing the reality of his business practices.

The genuine products and company have a tendency to follow up and solve the queries of the customers rather than to just ghost out. This is just website with the picture of products and fake claims of it be original as the products are fake.

NB 530 has been on my wishlist ever since a trip to Seoul, so got an on Instagram for these and I got on the website I just ordered very impulsively as I also other things , so it's just a small thing which I faced was the tissue paper using which the pair is wrapped was different which I have saw on youtube kind of a person I am ingnored completely this so I can put on these comfortable sneakers

I faced severe difficulty while placing my order through the app, the payment gateway was not able to process my payment quite a few times. Later I placed my order through cash on delivery. I understand sometimes there are payment gateway issues, but it allowed me COD that’s a good thing overall which didn’t allow me delay in placing my order.
