I found Company by chance after seeing some of their products in a showroom which I absolutely loved. I sent for two glass candle wall scones. I love them that much. I have repeated the order for another wall they were on offer, customer services were brilliant when I telephoned to ask some questions about the scones before I ordered them and they came within two days of ordering. I wish all companies had this customer service and your products are lovely. I would definitely use you again I have recommended you to family who are also going to be ordering. I did ask if there was a referral scheme but there isn’t otherwise I would’ve earned a fortune well done. C C 🩷

I have had a great experience with this company. The candle sconces I ordered were gorgeous and arrived early and very well packaged. Will be using this company again.

Muriel in CS was really helpful - credit to the company.There was a chance that my mussel eaters would not arrive in time from Christmas but arrived in just a few days. The mussel eaters are a lovely quirky gift for mussel fans.

I have to say, I’m addicted to Culinary Concepts, especially the Stag range. I have just about every piece there is!
I needed to exchange a piece and it was sent out the same day with no problems, Customer Service at CC is exemplary, thank you!

My initial order was for the Olive Oval Serving Tray, Olive Three Section Dish, Set of 4 Olive Picks with Holder and Set of 6 Top Hat & Cane Olive Picks with Holder. I must say I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the items, they all look amazing and I immediately ordered two more products in the range. Everything came beautifully boxed and the despatch packing was exemplary.

I love their products and on this occasion their customer service was fantastic too. I needed my order urgently and intended to pay for next day delivery but I forgot to change it when I ordered. Beth did everything she could to ensure my order arrived on time and it did.

I received a product I was unhappy with. Despite promises to that a full refund would be paid if the product was not suitable I received only a partial refund.
I'm disappointed with my dealings with this company so can't recommend.
If considering a potential purchase I'd recommend you excersise caution. Buyer beware

Bought the stag hurricane lantern it turned up with the glass cover broken. Spoke with Beth in customer services who sent a replacement the very next day. Outstanding customer services would highly recommend

One side of our lantern smashed so I called culinary concepts in the hope that they would be able to fix it or send out a replacement glass pane. The lady I spoke to at the customer service team said she would look into whether a third party could fix it. However, I then received an email saying that they were not able to help me and that I should contact a local glass glazier. I am disappointed as I thought they would be able to do more.

I have a fair selection of these fabulous products. They are quirky and fun while being functional. Delivery is super quick and the packing is excellent. On the one occasion that I had a very small problem with one item the problem was rectified extremely quickly and efficiently. Thank you and I can't wait to add more to my collection.

Beautiful product, made a lovely Christmas present. Few issues with Parcelforce but the customer service was excellent and the issue was resolved swiftly. Will definitely use again!

I ordered the Medium Stirrup Picture Frame via Not on the High Street. I was hopeful the frame would look at good as it did in the picture and I wasn't disappointed. It is stunning.
