The delivery company couldn't deliver my item when required, however I contacted the customer service and Leah was absolutely brilliant and got the delivery rescheduled for the requested date. Absolutely brilliant service with the issue sorted out in less than 24 hours.

Daniela at CuckooLand was so helpful. Unfortunately we had to return a LotusGrill to the supplier. Daniela followed up the return with us and the supplier and the issue was very quickly resolved. She ensured that a replacement was despatched asap but scheduled it so that it didn't arrive while we were on holiday. Very impressed with CuckooLand and the efficient and courteous customer service received went above and beyond. Thanks Daniela,.

I am so impressed with Cuckooland's after sale’s service.
All I needed was a screw for my new Ooni pizza oven door but without it, the oven couldn't be used.
Daniela was on it straight away and kept me up to date on progress all the way. Needless to say, this screw could only come from Ooni and I had it within a week.
Definitely the best after sales service I have had from an online purchase.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I recently purchased from Cuckooland.com and I must say that my experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, I was amazed by how quickly my order was processed and delivered.
However, the true testament to their excellence was when I encountered a small fault with the product. Although it was a minor issue, I decided to reach out to their customer service. To my surprise, the response was immediate and Leah was incredibly understanding and friendly. Not only did they apologise for the inconvenience, but they also assured me that they would resolve the matter promptly. True to their word, within the same day, I received an update confirming that a replacement was on its way. It's rare to find such dedication to customer satisfaction these days. I will definitely be returning for future purchases, and I encourage everyone to give them a try!

Just had an Off Set Oval House Pod delivered!
Just had an Off Set Pod delivered and installed to our home on the River Dart. From start to finish the team were incredible. I sat with Nathalie in the Cuckooland showroom where they have the pod on display - she explained in detail the process and showed me the options I could choose from. The team who came to deliver and install were exceptional - they had to bring the parts across on a Barge! Nothing was too much trouble. This truly is a fabulous company and I can not recommend them enough. Sincerely delighted. x

Great customer service and a good quality product
Ordered a made to order cot for our nursery. The ordering process was straight forward and communication excellent. The cot was delivered within the expected lead time with no stress! Fantastic quality item that was easy to assemble.

Great customer service
Ordered nursery furniture which was of great quality. The wardrobe arrived damaged (due to delivery company) however customer service was great and sent a replacement and also a beautiful blanket as a goodwill gesture

Excellent professional company
Excellent professional company, with great customer service from ordering to delivery to assembly. Prompt service from friendly helpful delivery lads who kept us up to date and phoned 30mins before delivery on the expected day. Extremely happy with our purchases and would definately recommend and order from again. Thanks for a confident experience.
