Dreadful company have been trying to cancel an Order no reply to phone calls e mails or anything just left with a payment pending. Do not buy from this company

This company is dishonest, once they’ve got your money and given the tyres to the courier they then tell the courier to return the tyres to them. EBay then are fooled into believing the seller has sent them and delay / don’t refund your money allowing the seller to keep the tyres and your money.company phone number never answered.

Whoever is leaving one star reviews are telling fibs. Steve and Jake are the most helpful and polite guys you will ever come across. I highly recommend CT Tyres for service and value for money

The delivery was prompt, and the installation was handled by my local tire shop. I found the product to be of excellent value and quality, having ordered it through eBay.

Tyres were delivered correct and in good condition. It was delivered within 5 working days.
The management of CT tyres have to improve on their communications with customers.
Phone calls were never picked up, it took an email from myself to know when my order would be delivered.

Called to check if my brand/size was in stock, the guy told me yes. Placed my order and then get a last minute email day before the delivery date saying its not in stock, very disappointing experience...

Ordered tyres online saying in stock. NOT i stock. Emailed me to say these weren't in stock and alternative offered which aren't even the same spec. They don't answer the phone for enquiries and only told me there was a problem at the end of the day, so it took them all day to realise they didn't have it in stock. Poor poor communication and responsibility.

Ordered 2 Roadstone tyres with B/B category for my car. delivered in 2-3 days at home. Happy with the purchase. Going through all the reviews here, i suggest everyone to use paypal for your payment. If any issue arise with your order/return/cancellations, you have a chance to raise it with paypal for full refund. I did the same but happy that it all went very well & ended up as happy customer

I was told that the tyres I had ordered were not available however an alternative was offered and they would credit the difference. They actually delivered a lesser quality tyre than offered as an alternative and NO credit has been given. I have emailed them on Monday to the two email addresses listed on their website but to date I have had no response.

Personally I wouldn't be concerned about the negative reviews. I bought tyres from here recently and received them very quickly, no issues whatsoever. Great prices.

i`ve ordered 1 tyre like 2 weeks ago. i`ve got no email from them for about 5 days when they dispatched the product. One week later from theyr last email, they sent me a new email saying that the parcel will be late, in that moment i`ve canceled the order. I have no idea how the return works as no one is responding the phone, there is no address in they policy where to send the product, they are no responding the emails or calls.
