The teacher Angela was extremely attentive and was able to read the classroom quite well to see if we were getting the material. Angela knew when I had questions before I even asked. I was looking aro... See more

Excellent teaching and support

I passed the CISSP exam. The exam is challenging. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional teaching provided by instructor Jo Escotal, as well as the unwavering and invaluable support from CTS Patrick and Peter. Your guidance was indispensable, and I couldn't have succeeded without it!

Very helpful

Very helpful. I learned lots of tricks to speed things up. I will say that the book seems well written but hard to follow along with class.

The instructor was very knowledgeable…

The instructor was very knowledgeable on the topic. He was able to answer all questions to satisfaction. There were topics covered in excel that I was not even aware existed. It was great to see how expansive and helpful excel can be when trained.

CTS Highly Recommended

CTS is an institution designed to provide key computer technical training for individuals. I've had the opportunity to learn about what they have to offer since late 2021 as I work on the side. They offer in-person and remote options where applicable. Through them, I have worked extensively with Jo Blitz Escotal who approached me regarding employment, and together with CTS staff, I have been able to become Network+ and Security+ Certified as I advance my skills working in the field of cybersecurity. I would highly recommend them.

This school is a great place to receive…

This school is a great place to receive all the IT knowledge to help pass the A+/Net+/Security+ and many more on demand computer skills that hiring managers are looking for, and also proven hand-on implementation/understanding of basic configurations for any employer to say wow ! You're hired!

I had the best instructor ever, I passed my CISSP!!!

Overall, my experience has been wonderful. I took a CISSP class, and I passed. The material was extremely challenging, however, since it's a Cyber Security course, you should expect nothing less. With a course like Cyber Security, you definitely need a very patient and an instructor who knows his stuff inside and out. Thankfully, my instructor Jo Escotal not only had these qualities but was very helpful anytime I was stuck trying to make sense of anything that was stumping me.

Angela was a great teacher

Angela was a great teacher! Very thorough and made the content easy to understand. My only misgiving was that the files and the text book did not match. The numbers and values were different- which can be confusing.
