I didn't receive my package and when I emailed to let the company know they was not helpful, I do not recommend you get anything from this company. Its sad as you try to help out these small businesses but customer service is poor and your spending over £100 delivery should be dealt with properly. Thank god for my bank otherwise I will be without the product and no funds.

I asked if they could replace a piercing that I lost and they not only responded but also IMMEDIATELY send me a replacement for free. Never felt so validated. Absolutely recommend this brand and not only because of their GREAT Costumer service but also because their quality is genuinely so good!

Purchased two items on Monday, had a confirmation email. I hadn’t received a dispatch email after their “allocated two day processing time” so enquired via email. Heard nothing so chased again. No reply. Went on their live chat which says reply’s in a few minutes- You’re waiting hours for a reply. Chased via instagram, Facebook- no reply. Finally get a reply and they say they’re going to dispatch. To then not receive a dispatch email - Chase them once again to be told they haven’t posted it.
No apology for delays or issues. They didn’t want to rectify the situation with express delivery. They then cancelled my order without asking or responding to my email.
Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I work in customer service.
So disappointing from a UK business but reading other comments I’m not the only one who has received this treatment. Think a lot of staff training is in order in how to treat your customers and how best to respond to disgruntled people as well!
I wish I had read reviews prior to even looking at buying anything.
I am now having to go through my bank to receive my refund as they haven’t bothered with that either. Bravo Crystal Heaven you are the furthest thing from heavenly to deal with!

I have bought a few dainty little pieces from CH for my cartilage, snug, tragus, forward helix and conch. I like a simple, not too much going on look despite having a fair few piercings in both ears and CH has the absolute perfect jewellery for it. Also the customer service is unmatched. I accidentally ordered a silver jewellery piece without realising and CH’s Liv was so so lovely enough to double check this with me, amend my order and send me the gold that I was meant to order, within a matter of days! Absolutely no other business does things like that.. like ever. Please please check them out you won’t be disappointed and your ears will look amazing 💖

I’m so impressed with Crystal Heaven London. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful — even more stunning in person! Shipping was incredibly fast, even all the way to Canada (just be aware of possible customs fees).

I have been shopping with this company for years. The quality is amazing and just like the website. Their shipping is also very fast considering they are based in the UK. Their customer service is also amazing. I accidentally ordered the wrong metal for a piece of jewelry but they were able to easily fix it with no charge. 10/10 recommend this company!

Have only ordered once but impressed with the packaging & all it included. Purchased a 14k white gold barbell, item was dispatched the same day. Honestly the best experience! I had a small earing related emergency (I lost my earing just before going away!) and Eve and the team were so quick to help and support, the earings from Crystal Heaven arrived the next day and were BEAUTIFUL! They were so easy to put in, stayed so secure and looked stunning. I would have no hesitation buying again, a great quality beautiful product with an amazing team behind it.

Beautiful order! The jewellery is brilliant quality, I’ve worn for 2 weeks now without taking them out for showers/swimming and there’s no tarnish or irritating.
10/10 customer service, they emailed while packing my order as I had accidentally ordered one silver item and one gold and they wanted to check if this was intentional and it was not so they changed them to both gold which saved me from disappointment and hassle.

Placed order, awaited dispatched email non received. Tried emailing the company multiple time to no avail. Left comment on Facebook post wa deleted by company!!!
