Fed up with packaging & customer service
I'm breaking up with Crystal Clear despite liking the products. The glass bottles that the intensive moisturiser comes in never empty properly. The pump gives up about half way through every single time, and turning the bottle upside down makes it tricky to get the right amount. Plus the opening is too small to get a finger into to prise the last bits out. Frustrating, time-consuming and wasteful. Now, on Easter Monday, as so often before, the sale does not include the two products I use most often, and the moisturiser is "out of stock". I clicked on chat while on the website and the questions I was forced to answer before I could ask a question made it clear that the company is only interested in salons and not individual customers - as evidenced too by this profile on Trustpilot not being claimed or the comments being answered. That's it Crystal Clear, I'm off to find a beauty brand with great products that actually seems to care about customers. I don't think I'll have to look far.
