Overall their stock DOES appear pretty genuine, but their 'citrine' was at least one product I noticed that is 100% falsely advertised. Everything listed as 'citrine clusters' is just burnt Amethyst, and the pictures make it super obvious...

For starters, natural citrine does not form the way that theirs is shown in the pictures. One blatant tell for heat-treated amethyst is that citrine does NOT form in geodes like theirs are pictured!!

Amethyst and citrine are both variations of quartz. So on that note, they are pretty close to the same thing, at least. Amethyst is normally purple, while natural citrine is a light yellow to amber in hue. Heat-treated amethyst turns yellow-orange after being burnt to hell, so it is often marketed as citrine because natural citrine is so rare. Heat-treated amethyst will often have a more intense color at the tips and fade towards the base, which is white. Natural citrine DOES NOT do this. Genuine citrine has a pretty uniform color from the base to the tip, and it’s also pretty clear inside even when raw, whereas, with heat-treated amethyst, you can’t see through the crystal.

I don't doubt that what they're selling is genuine crystal, but just based on the framing of this product alone, I don't think I'll be trusting any of my money with this site.

I was sent a stone that couldn't be threaded and was very dissapointed. I was however pleasantly surprised when Crystal Age contacted me and offered to replace the faulty item, even though I'm overseas. Really pleased with the replacement and their service.They even sent me a second stone as an apology. Excellent customer service. Anisa

I've been buying from this site for quite a while. I've rarely had major issues with the exception of one crystal arriving slightly damaged (I never reported it, as the damage was only slight), to delays in shipping.
It's been more recently that I've had issues.

My third last order was delivered by UPS, who provide signed for tracking, but thought it sufficient to leave a parcel worth over £300 on the doorstep in full view of anyone who walked by the house. With that same order, one of the crystals I ordered couldn't be found by staff, so I received a refund, but no e-mail to explain the refund. It wasn't until I received the parcel that the chlorite quartz was highlighted as being missing.

The last order I have had further issues with; I placed it on 16/11 and it was sent out very early 17/11 via UPS again, with a cost of £10 shipping, guaranteed next day, signed for delivery.
Panicking I'd miss the delivery, I came home early from work,but nothing arrived. Checking my emails I was informed by UPS that it would instead be delivered Tuesday 22/11. Unhappy at this, the doorbell rang today (21/11) at 11am and the parcel was delivered - no signature taken. There was a large gap at the top of the box where it had been insufficiently wrapped.
Upon opening the parcel, I used the invoice to check off ever item. Again, this order was over £50. I then discovered 4 crystals missing from the parcel to a total value of £52! Raging, I've contacted Crystal Age to chase this up.

The service received prior to the orders I've placed within the last 2 months has been good. These last few orders have made me realise I will no longer buy from them whilst they use UPS and depending how satisfactorily the issue of the missing crystals are rectified. I don't want a refund, I want the crystals I bought.
I will update this review once a resolution is provided.

Their customer service were quick to respond to my queries. The items I ordered as always were of a high standard!

I was looking for a simple "Protective" stone in Black but in the shape of a heart to wear as a necklace pendant and eventually came across this site.

There's a hole in it which is just what I wanted to be able to make up my own links as the expensive ones I've bought often have the pin come out of the top and become useless if I forget to take them off in the shower or keep fit.

QUALITY: It's as good as the others I've bought which cost much more, and for the price still has that very nice high-gloss sheen and feel. This is my 2nd and still no chips or dings in either, and I wear them quite a bit. As I say, with a hole instead of an inserted pin I'm confident this will last the rigours of my jogging and wearing it at work better.

SIZE: I took a chance on this because the site didn't put this up, but it's approximately 25mm x 25mm at the widest points across and up and down.

NECKLACE: Is made of a leather cable which works fine and will fit over your head, but the pendant may sit on you too low in which case it can be retied or a different cord with links added which works better for me on a 20" cord bought separately.

EXPERIENCE: This item cost around £6 including postage and for such a minimal profit margin I was Impressed with the care and Attention to Detail of my order from start to finish. The website is very transparent and was a breeze to get the order through. And I appreciated the updates as it progressed through to delivery.

You shipped 3 pieces when it said four and they are cheap garbage to hold the eggs. Which by the way I ordered four dragons and have not received either. I wish to cancel my order if it comes I will refuse the shipment and cancel the
payment.

Although I was pleased with the speed of delivery with the three crystal chip bracelets I purchased, I was extremely disappointed when after only a couple of weeks of wear, the elastic in two out of three of the bracelets broke! The quality of these items is poor.

Im in love with the crystals i got! They are so beautiful and true to the images. They are definately real crystals. I ordered my crystals to Finland and got them in 6 business days. 100% recommending.

It has been a month and I still have not gotten my package yet. I cannot track my order as they do not have a tracker for packages..... strange. I think I got scammed :(

I have ordered from crystalage.com several times and I can speak from my own experience with them. Their product is genuine and their customer service impeccable. Allthough I live in US and I can access a zillion of vendors, I prefer to buy from them, overseas. I recommend them without reserves!

I ordered my package on October 29th and had standard shipping to the US. I knew it would take a bit to get to the states but not this long. It's November 23 and I'm still waiting for my package. At this point, I have no idea if I got scammed or not :( overall not a great experience. I just want my crystals.

I ordered some Faceted Garnet Triple Stud earrings for a gift. They have just arrived and are very good quality stones in a lovely silver setting. Exactly as described and as photographed on the website. it is hard to choose when purchasing online so I am very impressed that the earings matched my expectations.
