I recently bought a refurbished HP Chromebook from CRS and I was very pleased with the product I received and also the speed and efficiency of the service, I would defiantly recommend as a responsible retailer.

Placed an order through groupie in may contacted several times on email given a replacement charger was finally sent today and that is broken no telephone number and a laptop I have used several times don’t buy from here !!

I ordered a 2015 model MacBook Pro for my wife. It arrived much earlier than expected (too early in that we were not home that day!). The machine looks as good as new. I'm busy transferring information across from her old Windows computer and all is working well. The battery is holding charge better than my identical machine (which I have owned since new in 2015). Great service, great model and reasonable price.

Laptop arrived as described. No problems

Very pleasantly surprised. I as supposed to receive the item by the end of the week - but it arrived next day - prompt service. Grade A can mean like new but with a few superficial scratches. It was in perfect condition. The spec was correct. Hopefully i won't need to take advantage of the extended 18 month warranty. Would definitely recommend this seller. Very impressed and other sellers could learn a lot from CRS-UK.

I purchased a DELL Chromebook 3120 Black 11.6" 1366 x 768 pixels Intel Celeron N2840 2GB RAM DDR3L 16GB eMMC SSD Chrome OS (Renewed) from Amazon. When I received it and charged it up. I tried to turn the power on the screen was black with a very very faint power on message , hardly readable. I tried to turn the brightness up to no avail. I just received this laptop today it was for my daughters school work and I need a refund. I have sent a request through Amazon and am waiting a reply from this company . I have to wait two days before I can file a claim to return it. All I want is a working laptop so my daughter can complete her school work. I just want a refund I received the laptop today and it doesn't work.

Order a laptop in October tell me they tried to deliver no card left and they sent it back trying to get it not good will not ever use them again to date still waiting

After doing extense research for a new laptop, My partner needed for her new photography course. We knew we needed a top end laptop with a high ram, a decent processor & large storage. All the ones I looked were over £1000+. Then we come across Amazon renewed & a company called CRS (Computer Remarketing Services) we then found all the spec we needed & more in the HP Elitebook & saved ourselves a few hundred pound. The laptop arrived earlier than expected. Looks brand new. Works so fast. I'm glad I chose this option with this company, My partner is happy too. So win win all round.
