Very helpful & very good service when visiting the showroom & subsequently by telephone & then on installation of the Mirador 3 x 4 Pergola

Bought garden furniture and a storage box from Crownhill. Service and advice from Kim and others was first class from visiting the showroom through to delivery. Would definitely recommend.

I was a bit weary at the beginning when i was looking for a pergola and especially of the internet and not seeing it in person , I first spoken to Tommy who emailed me over some information and the I spoke to a lovely lady call Kim, after going back and forth for a few weeks (me not knowing what to do ) I went ahead and ordered it , and guess what..... absolutely love it !!!. The guys who fitted was very professional and tidy up after fitting .
I cant thank Kim, Lee and Tommy for putting my mind at ease …. Roll on the Summer!!!!

If you’re looking for a Pergola, then look no further.
I found this company after I’d had a bad experience with another. I rang and spoke to Kim who reassured me that they could help and they certainly did. We went to the showroom where we were welcomed by Lee and Tommy who answered all our questions and showed us around. We saw the Pergola and it was exactly what we wanted. We were told by Lee that we could most probably expect delivery within a week. I rang Kim on the Monday Morning to say we wanted to go ahead and the Pergola was fitted 3 days later on the Thursday. The fitters Gregor and Antonio came who were amazing. They were courteous, respectful and so quick at their job. They cleared everything away and then instructed us on how the Pergola operates. They are a real credit to the company.
It’s not very often these days you find a company who excels in Customer Service but this company certainly does. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be returning to purchase my garden furniture.
So grateful I found this company.

Had a pergola delivered, built and fitted. The guys who built it, Gregor and Antonio, were very friendly and helpful, making sure I had happy with it before they left. Leaving everything as tidy as it was before they got there.
Kim & Tommy made the process easy too when placing my order. Item wasn’t in stock at the time but they gave me a timescale for delivery and they were bang on.

Ordered a 4mx3m pergola for our garden, they were very knowledgeable in-store, with Kim guiding us through the best options. We were able to book the fitting of the pergola very quickly, with Ed & Garry putting it up swiftly and to a high standard! Would recommend for those looking to add a pergola!

We ordered a 4x3m pergola from Crownhill. From ordering this item from Lee and Kim we received fantastic customer care. Polite, friendly and a professional service. They kept us updated and answered any technical questions regarding the ground work that needed undertaking.
Ed and Garry were fantastic. They arrived promptly and phoned prior to arrival to say how close they were. They worked tirelessly for two hours. The finished result is stunning.

Very helpful staff, we purchased a wall mounted pergola. Delivery and fitting was very quick, Ed and Garry were timely, processional, and very tidy leaving no mess.
They spent time going over the work carried out and aftercare for the product.

Bought Nova Pagola after doing a lot of research. This company was by far cheapest , delivered free and their construction fee again was cheaper and money well spent. Ed and Garry errected pagola swiftly and professionally. Gave some great advice on care. And left no mess. All round excellent and very pleased.

Purchased a 4x3 & a 3x3 pergola at a great price delivered on time. Built onsite and positioned by Greg & Mark (2 really nice guys). I asked Greg how long it took to build his first ever Pergola 3 years ago and he told me that it took him and a mate 5 hours. I’m so pleased we paid them to build both of ours which they completed within 4 1/2 hours. Took all of the rubbish away as well. GREAT SERVICE

Brilliant experience from start to finish re. purchasing 5.3 x 3m Nova Pergola. Kim was very friendly and efficient dealing with my initial queries and purchase. I was over the moon how fast it was delivered and built. I ordered on the Wednesday and my Pergola was fitted on the following Monday, absolutely brilliant. Gregory and Antonio who delivered and built our Pergola were also very friendly, efficient and cleared away all packaging/rubbish before they left.

The install team Gregory & Antonio did a fantastic job of building and installing a 2.6mx2.6m Grey aluminium pergola with privacy screens, clean tidy and all packaging and rubbish removed.
