Unfortunately like others here I have been forced to write this review to elicit any kind of response from Crowd2Fund. I have a decent amount of money in the Reboot Britain investment which has now matured after the 3 year term but I see absolutely no indication that I have any shares in Crowd2Fund.
I have tried emailing and submitting chat requests but I have never received any kind of response. This has gone on for over a year.
I would strongly recommend that you do not invest via this platform and it is more trouble than it's worth.

The worst funding platform for information. You send message after message and only now an again do you get a response.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Impossible to get your money out. I stopped putting in cash 5 years ago. All my savings investments were on 3 year terms yet they still haven’t paid back everything and lost a significant amount of capital in the process. Thankfully it wasn’t a meaningful amount of money - I’d be gutted if I had done so!
I've only been investing in Crowd2Fund for just over a year, but my return (providing all companies pay back) is looking to be around 16%. There have been some defaults and a couple of companies look like they've died and gone to the wall. I've invested in 118 companies, 15 of which are looking not great. So even if I end up with 10 to 12% return in total, that's still amazing returns compared to average ISAs these days paying around 4%. I'm not sure why people here are complaining about the bad customer service. I've had no problems with them, spoke to them many times, while I was transferring money in from another ISA and they are really nice and helpful. As I've said, it's early days, but I'm feeling hopeful towards this company and will continue investing. My only complaint is sometimes it feels like there are not enough opportunities to invest in. However, I'd rather have less good opportunities than lots of bad ones,

My experience is the same as CW (Chris Walsh) below.
I never knowingly invested into Reboot Britain and it seems C2F have been placing any of my repayments into this fund, which, no longer exist as cash, and are now shares into C2F! Like CW, I never would've agreed to this.
I have been trying to resolve this issue for over two months now. I was told they had initiated a complaints procedure but I haven't heard anything. I no longer receive any replies to my emails.
If you are a new investor - I would leave well alone.
If you are already investing, then check where your money is going. Interestingly, the Reboot Britain doesn't appear in the usual portfolio details but seems hidden under settings! Check your invest button hasn't defaulted to on!
All I want is my money returned as per my initial agreement.
Update as of January 2025: my complaint went to the financial ombudsman in 2024. Their conclusion was C2F had not acted wrongly. I feel this is important to write.
At the end of the day, I should've checked it all out sooner and been a little more vigilant. Whatever I may have pressed or not pressed, understood or not understood, I still KNOWINGLY would NOT have invested in the Reboot Britain/C2F option! But, an online button says otherwise.

i have been trying to get a response to my concerns and complaint from Crowd2fund since May with promises to respond but nothing actually being sent and no calls or emails.
I think that the reboot britain account was missold to me as i informed their chief exec i would only invest if as promised the UK govt also did so. This did not happen but still the money i had in cash was transferred.
Now i have been told that instead of getting my interest and loan repayments back as cash they are turning this into shares, which I was never told about and would never have agreed to.
Originally like other P2P providers Crowd2 fund gave a good return with low levels of default plus an easy to understand website. Now the defaults are rising, the figures make litt;le sense, there is no client support or aid in either getting my money back as cash, stopping transferring cash into unwanted shares or help in selling what is saleable in their internal market , which evenn they admit is hard to navigate. I would have recommended C2F soem years back but now caution people to be very careful before investing

Great communication techniques, responding appropriately to questions from our company regarding deadlines and the possibility of hitting the target. Delivery ahead of time with minimal fuss.
Great job, well done. Excellent results.
The team at Crowd2Fund made the process seem effortless and everything was on point from start to finish its also a new and exciting concept to have been involved in.

Customer response has deteriorated from “a very long time” to “no response at all”. I have tried email, telephone, X (Twitter) as channels. It’s worrying when you have made any investment when the FCA regulated company appears to have disappeared from the face of the planet. Please respond to this

Very smooth process, the Crowd2Fund made crowdfunding for my business very easy. We managed to reach our target before the deadline and this was our first ever crowdfund. Highly recommend!

I have finally received a response from Crowd2Fund concerning my previously unresolved support ticket from 1st January 2024. Although it took over four months and a public Trustpilot review to elicit a response, I am relieved to have some communication at last.
Despite this, the user interface on their website remains incredibly difficult to navigate, and my earlier attempts to engage through emails and support tickets were consistently ignored.
Additionally, my investment in the Reboot Britain campaign’s convertible note faced repeated, unexplained delays in its maturity.
While the company has offered an Amazon gift voucher as an apology, they also requested that I remove my negative review. I find it unethical and concerning that a company would attempt to buy off honest customer feedback instead of addressing the underlying issues. This practice undermines trust and transparency, and as such, my confidence in their commitment to customer service and operational integrity remains significantly shaken.
I just would like to say the team at C2F are amazing from the initial conversation to the business funding the journey was seamless, they understand the needs of small business and the help they provide is nothing i have had from any other platforms.
You talk to people not chat bots so you can relate to them and in return they do a great job for you.

Many of the investments are in arrears or default. I have stopped investing but I can’t withdraw the whole lot. I have to wait and withdraw only the small repayments every few months meaning it will take a few years to get my money back.
Go invest elsewhere.

Taking me a long time to write this review, I have been using Crowd2fund since 2016. I have within the last year started to withdraw funds from the platform for the following reasons:
1) i have contacted crowd2fund several times going back to the 29th June 2023, with a query as my earnings to date figure has not been changing. Despite promises to fix - still incorrect
2) I referred a friend to crowd2fund and all i get is excuses as to why they are unable to pay for the refer and earn.
I also wonder with regards to the change of the top team, if this was forced by a major share holder ?
I am also a share holder in crowd2fund, so it hurts to leave a negative review. I will consider later this year , if i return as an investor. but would need to see vast improvements
update to review 5/2/2024
I would like to thank Muneed Ajmal for reaching out to me regarding the issues I have had with Crowd2fund. He has resolved all of the issues raised and followed up with several phone calls. I have a further call scheduled for next week and am happy as an investor to continue supporting the platform. I feel more confident with the change of top team to continue investing in the platform and supporting the loans listed
I've been using Crowd2Fund since 2016 and I'm quite happy with their user experience, ease to use the features and funding options they offer. No regrets here.
The only reason I haven't given a 5-star review is that they had some problems with their email marketing, leaking recipient emails, sending multiple copies of the same email and sending unfinished emails...

I've had a good experience with crowd2fund in my recent interactions. The team has really come together to improve customer service and the number of investment opportunities available. Despite the recent issues, they're working hard to get back on track.

Appallingly bad information - status of loans is not updated and very little transparency to investors. Very poor UI - almost impossible to extract information to reconcile investments. I constantly chase up for loans that are not showing as in arrears but where payment have not been made. I'm surprised that the FCA has not carried out an investigation. I have worked in Financial & Regulatory Compliance for many years and this company fall far of what is expected. Tread carefully if you wish to invest.
As an investor in Crowd2FUND it's not easy to write this. My perception of the business is that its in tatters.
Promises are made and frequently broken. If you ask a difficult question, they just stop responding. The data breach was the most recent example of unfit management, the way they have dealt, or not dealt with it is appallling. Rarely are there more than 2 - 3 companies to invest in, the quality of investment, just does not appear. I have been removing my money over the last 2 years as there are far better options out there.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds since late August every few days without success. Opened support ticket and emailed them many times with only one guy responding once but then complete silence. I have been with them for several years without issues. but like others have commented, they had changed drastically recently to the point of looking like a scam now with these type of behaviors. I will wait for a few more days before submitting a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman
