Customer Service Shocking
This companies' customer service is non-existent. ordered a reed water cup 2wks ago, they were quick to take payment, send confirmation - but then nothing. Tried to contact them using their rubbish 'Bot' messaging system they have on their website, emailed them 3-4 times, phoned them - goes to voicemail every time, left message - yet not response back from them. If i ever receive the water pot, i will NEVER use this company or recommend them to colleagues or pupils. Crook and Staple have lost out on a lot of business from myself and many musical contacts I have.

Sadly our experience is bad
Sadly our experience is bad. Wanted to buy some oboe reeds. Went to Crook & Staple website - wrote a question to the bot which says it will get back to us in a few hours normally. Still waiting a week later. Rang and left a message for a call back - again still waiting. No confidence if we did order some reeds whether they'd arrive. Sad really as it's a good website to look at, lacking in back-up.
