My husband and I have had a great experience viewing numerous houses with Antony at crook and blight. Always a pleasure being shown around with by him, a great friendly service.

I found my experience with this estate agent to be disappointing. Throughout the process, I felt there was a lack of professionalism and an inability to fully understand or appropriately respond to important communications, including correspondence provided by my solicitor during the sale of the property.

Today I was supposed to view two properties. When I arrived at the first there was a sold sign outside. It took me 5 calls to get through to crook and blight who then told me they had cancelled my appointments. They never phoned me so a two hour drive was wasted. I would not touch a house offered on the market by this company.

Avoid at all costs, they don't return calls and then don't put offers through to the sellers. They are going to cost people money and they don't care about it what so ever.

They don't return calls always seems to go to voicemail then after 3 voicemails left and numerous other call I finally get a return call 5 days later!
when you ask to view a property even though its still active on Rightmove and their website it under offer no contracts exchange AVOID is My advice!

WARNING, be aware CrookandBlight sell properties with issues with the neighbours, if you purchase a property with historical outstanding issues with the neighbour, you are fully liable for all issues related to the neighbours. Note: the historical issues don't go away, but CrookandBlight got there money, and don't care about the new vendor.

Lack of communication between staff reguarding offers made on houses. Total lack of communication to buyers causing loss of opportunity to make offer for property purchase. No following up on instructions by buyer. Failing to respond to emails and phone messages.
