My order from Crocus of two different clematis plants was delivered promptly. The plants were extremely well packaged and in excellent condition on arrival. They had good root systems, had healthy looking foliage and were in suitable deep pots for travel. I planted them out in my garden and they are both doing well. I shall not hesitate in ordering further plants from Crocus.

Quick delivery excellent condition thanks

OK, it was very hot but the 3 plants arrived in a less than ideal condition. I am an experienced gardener. Maybe it was something I did but the not inexpensive ablution has given up the ghost. Not like previous experience with Crocus.

Absolutely awful, I ordered a set of plants as a gift, direct to the recipients address. I emailed Crocus before that this was a gift and added the info at checkout.

The order arrived completely ransacked & with a gift card for someone else’s order. The driver didn’t even knock on the door.

On contacting crocus I’ve been met with a very slow response and a lack of empathy for the terrible service and quality of product. I’m now left pursuing a refund via my credit card. Avoid at all costs.

Good value plants in excellent condition, delivered 2 days after ordering in a cleverly constructed cardboard container that securely protected the 3 plants during the shipping process. Excellent!

Fast delivery and plants arrived in good condition.

On the down side I was disappointed with the size of the plants. They were tiny in comparison to those bought at a garden centre for roughly the same price. I appreciate it may be more practical size wise for transportation but I think what I received was more a cutting than a plant. On the plus side delivery was good and within the time stated.

Always very well-stocked, excellent choice of gorgeous plants and seeds, along with all sorts of accessories from grit to implements and even garden furniture. Have ordered several times from them, and everything always arrives well-packaged and in record time. Healthy plants that thrive once planted on.

Very fast delivery and a good quality pot. A replacement for one bought a year ago that fell over and was smashed during a fierce thunderstorm a month or so ago.

My purchase was transferred to your delivery company, DXL, promptly. When, after a week, it had not arrived, I tried tracking. All I learnt from that was that the item had been "transferred to 3rd party for delivery". 10 days later the item arrived in a plastic bag. In the meantime, I had replaced it from a different supplier.
