My purchase was transferred to your delivery company, DXL, promptly. When, after a week, it had not arrived, I tried tracking. All I learnt from that was that the item had been "transferred to 3rd party for delivery". 10 days later the item arrived in a plastic bag. In the meantime, I had replaced it from a different supplier.

Order number: 11399511.
Good service, but it's not cheap and the plants received have been low quality.
I have made a couple of orders via Crocus, they are associated with the RHS and I assumed the quality of first order was just unlucky. They came well wrapped, but the plants were spindly, half the leaves dead and seemed like they hadn't been outdoors at all so immediately collapsed out the box.

One of the plants died soon after delivery but Crocus sorted it out and gave me a voucher worth more than the plant!

Very Late Delivery…
My plants should have been delivered saturday, but they didn't arrive until this afternoon ( 15th)
On opening the parcel one plant was completely dried out and i'm not sure if it will survive.
Not the usual service I've recieved from Crocus. The plants that I have had previously received have always been healthy, sturdy and been delivered on time. But very disappointing this time.

Really reliable company
Really reliable company, with a great customer service team. I had a problem with an item of netting, once opened down my allotment. Crocus could not have known there was a problem. I sent photos to Crocus and had a really nice email back, with solution, which I was very happy with. I’ll continue to use them in the future.

Compared to quite a few famous online companies for plants, crocus plants were great quality and packaged very well. We had quite a few disappointing purchases from other companies but I would wholeheartedly recommend buying from crocus!
