I ordered two pairs of shorts and they arrived much faster to the US than I had expected. The product is great, fits well, has useful features, and customer service is amazing.

Great rowing kit, great service

I have leggings from these guys before, which I love. But these were so thin the fabric ripped when I put them on (and not in a too fat burst seam way) and it was a fight to get a refund, with rude customer service without. My winter rowing leggings remain one of my go to leggings, but wouldn't buy from them again

Great products, great service

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Crewroom apparel and my recent order, once it arrived, did not disappoint. I also have to give kudos to the new Crewroom ops manager for dealing with a shipping snafoo (the order was marked as fulfilled but didn't actually get shipped out so for 7-10 days I was waiting for the tracking to update to show it being shipped and then started emailing; got an initial helpful response but the problem wasn't fixed) on, literally, her first or second day on the job. Four days later, my items arrived.

Ordered a rowing jacket for my dad and he loves it. It arrived quickly and well packaged and is true to size.

Bought a pair in late Dec from a local running shop - main draw was the number of slide in and zip pockets on the trouser.

Unfortunately, within a couple of wears the seem on the crotch was coming away. Decided just to keep on using them, as didn’t seem to be causing an issue. However within another few wears the stitching on the front zip on the right leg was also coming away, eventually leaving the zip hanging out of its set in pocket.

I contacted the seller who were very helpful and exchanged the pair for another. I thought I’d give them another go, as the leggings themselves are so comfortable.

However having owned the new legging for about a month, the same issue is now occurring on the front zip. Im pretty careful putting them on, as clearly where the zip is there is a vulnerability. Wondering if the location of this zip is causing the problem?!

Tbh I’m just going to keep this pair now, as they’re so comfy and I do love the style of them and handy bits on them, but probably won’t be buying from this brand again, due to the 2x quality issues experienced

Upgraded to 4 stars - see original post below. I’ve now been contacted via email & consider my issue solved. I’ve given 4 stars as it took a while to get this resolved & had to perceiver.
- Lovely item. Costly at £75 RRP. Arrived the day before my event with a fault on the seam, emailed the same day to explain, chased twice over the week. Wore the top to my event as planned. After no response rang them a week later. No offer of any sort as the top had been worn. Really disappointed that no goodwill gesture was offered on an item as costly as this. After sales service is seriously lacking.

As ever, my order arrived very quickly and the whole process was efficient. I love the North West Hoodies and I bought another one - usual high quality and I love the pockets and the debit card pocket on the arm. Perfect for cycling, walking, running and lounging. My best friend and God-Daughter are big fans too as we all wear them!

I absolutely love the softness and the quality of all the crewroom products. I am seriously brand loyal to them. I bought some shorts which feel great and look great - the ONLY downside is that they roll up when used which is the one thing I was hoping to avoid when buying shorts.
