Confusion about description of t shirt which is described as lilac, blue and pink stripes and is actually blue and white stripes as in picture. It arrived today, and is the colour I wanted.

Made an order of 4 items, received 1 items that I didn’t order. Tried to speak to a human, got nowhere. Was advised to return the wrong item and reorder my original items via chatbot even though I had not been reimbursed for items never received. Told I will get an email within 48 hours. Abysmal customer service.

Ordered a polo shirt which was the wrong colour when received. Returned same day and received the refund nearly three weeks later only after chasing. Meanwhile ordered the colour required again which arrived damaged and again have been waiting two weeks for the refund. Unacceptable customer service, will not be buying again.

No refund in 7 working days stated,tried to contact customer services,answerphone message said ring back in office hours 9.00 to 18.00 ,I phoned at 17.45! Submitted email complaint only to get a message that they will get back to me in 2 days,what is wrong with this company,quick enough to take my money...Will not be using again

Shapeless customer service, unhelpful, waiting over a week for missing parcel - expect me to do the run around with their courier?

Excellent buying experience. Super products and colour (rugby shirts x2) let down by ridiculously small buttons and even smaller button holes, especially at the top where the fabric is double thickness. not really in tune with the chunky look and feel of rugby shirts.

Happy with the quality of the clothing and the fast despatch of my parcels.

Package disappeared at Royal Mail but it was replaced immediately with next day delivery. Customer service was excellent.

Said 3-5 days, paid delivery, took 10 days, messaged customer support and they never even got back to me.

A lovely, true to size dress-perfect midi length (am 5'4") most comfortable to wear and looks so smart.

Ordered six items, all were either too small or poor quality or both. Sent all itemss back and still waiting for refund after 10 days from receipt of return. Very poor service and very poor products. Never again, although I am a VIP customer apparently and have discounts coming out of my ears. Scammers imo.

Had to chase Crew 25 days after return confirmed by their email. Had to chase Customer service who then responded another 4 days later advising refund would be in next 3 to 5 days.
So refund will have taken 32 to 37days - when the law states it must be paid within 14 days!!!

Delivered in good time and money of course taken instantaneously, sent back as didn't fit properly, no refund for 3 weeks until chased so be aware of this...

Poor sizing and still waiting for a refund. A once great company that has gone down hill.

This is not the review of an Item of clothing , but the service . Ordered a pair of trousers on the 14 . When contacted curomer services Was told by that i might be able to collect it in the store by Friday but not sure . So the date of 3- 5 days for collection it is not occourred .
Store have almost daily delievery , so where is my delievery. ??? Not happy

Quality products, as described, good courier (Royal Mail), good comms, no problems.

Clothing excellent. Delivery being let down by Royal Mail who take forever to deliver (in fact they lost my previous delivery even though it was tracked!). Stick to DPD who are very good indeed.

I love Crew clothing , fabulous quality and fit , they wash lovely too , orders are delivered on time well wrapped it’s a pleasure to receive clothes from them .
