I have been trying to close my account…

I have been trying to close my account and refund my 340 been trying to reach them for weeks and days and hours of trying. All they do is we sorry for your inconvenience like come on. I need my money back

Credit Resources don't keep their word.

Credit Resources did not keep their word in more ways then one. You cannot cancel your subscription at anytime. You have to call and then wait. Then as you wait, they take payments even after telling you they won't. Then if the money isn't in your and you get an NSF charge it's the banks fault. Please make that make since please. Remember this is after being told, payments would not be taken out during 2 different conversations with customer service. It is very frustrating and now I am out $90 in NSF charges and they told me to call my bank because it's their problem. On my last review they responded and said that they would make things right, they have not. Now they ignore my emails.
