Refund to Undisclosed Data

I am notifying you because I never accessed the Credito Claro website directly. I even reviewed my internet search history and I did not go onto their website directly. I believe that Credito Claro received my information from another financial lending broker that connects with lenders - I applied with financial lending brokers on November 29, 2025. I applied with Creditio, Creditilia, Financiar24. But never directly with Credito Claro www (dot) credito-clara (dot) es
I would not be interested in their service of credit report or scanning and evaluation services.
I want an investigation as to how they were able to obtain my information through a third party without my approval for any of the charges that were made.

I was charged €1.99 on November 29, 2025 in addition to €28 fee on November 30, 2025. They charged my account again on December 19, 2025 (third charge) for €29.99 and a fourth charge on December 28, 2025, also for €29.99.

I see there are many complaints, and Credito Claro is claiming these are membership fees for those who want access to credit reports and dark web scans (I did not request that service). I did not sign up for these, so why am I being charged four times in one month?

I am requesting a full refund, as I did not sign up for services via their website. I appreciate your help in receiving my refund and ensuring I am not charged by them again in the future.

I will also be filing a police report to investigate how they are obtaining our information. I see that many are also claiming just like me that they did not apply for this service on their website.

They work under a classical fraud… Not greedy (in my case) but pretty stable.

They work under a classical fraud schema:
1. They collect your data, including NIE, phone, email and request access to your bank account to verify your identity. Standart procedures for microloan companies.
2. I do not know why I did not begin to suspect that something was wrong when they informed me in the App that it could not identify me with my ING account (the other companies always could) and asked for another account in any other bank. I provided my data to Revolut, and CLARO charged 1,99 euros for identification procedures. It is already nonsense, but who cares about 1,99? They do! Because they know the account really exists, and they can pick up as much as they want from there. I was told to wait for 2 days till my request was under observation. But on the second night, Revolut informed me that they attempted to charge 28 euros, but the transaction was rejected due to insufficient funds.
3. So pity for Claristas... Reading their hypocritical responses to 1-star reviews here made me think there is no limit to human impudence.

Scam do not give these people anything…

Scam do not give these people anything your details are not safe they stole money from me and now I have to fight to get it back I tried to cancel whatever it is they’ve put me in and asked me for 19,500 euros to cancel 20k !!
Avoid will be going to the police too.

Took money from my account

So this company are taking advantage of people in bad situations, I speak very little Spanish but I did go through with the registration process and despite receiving no communication from them they took money out of my account my bank account is now overdrawn all this when I thought I was applying gor a loan
