Credit Karma is a horrible banking…
Credit Karma is a horrible banking system. They continue to double charge me for payments I've Made and I'm constantly having to make disputes. I just did one today. I will no longer pay my bills through their banking system. I will continue to monitor my transactions to make sure they are no longer stealing my money though. I do not recommend "Banking" with them...
No means no
Please tell your loan employees to stop harassing me. No means no.
Ofcourse they help you keep track of…
Ofcourse they help you keep track of your credit or atleast pretend to . Because they let me suffer identity theft which negatively impacted my credit in general. I had to look out on X socials and found out many more people were going through the same issue, and rocketskycredit was able to come to the rescue by permanently removing all 13 negative inquiries . I was getting called my late payment on loans and all got retrieved in matter of weeks. I'll tell people that freezing your credit after identity theft issues is never enough because your information is still exposed . You just have to be very pro active so as not to experience such again. My credit situation is since improved drastically with over 120+ score points . CK can do better with their slow customer service.
Paid off $5000 to get a 70 point drop
I paid off $5000 of debt. My credit cards went from fair usage to good usage and they dropped me 70 points with the recommendation to sign up for more cards.
What a scam.

I used Credit Karma for years without any issue, but now they are more concerned with sponsors and ads than with the consumers. I recently clicked their guaranteed loan button, which I have done a few times in the past, and since I did that several weeks ago, I have been barraged with spam calls with lenders, and I DO MEAN for weeks with four a five spam calls a day offering loans. I mean once a lender has called me more than once, then I would NEVER seek a loan from that company, which means they are ALL parasitic lenders. How did they get my information/phone number/request for a loan other than through Credit Karma or one of its affiliates? I canceled my Credit Karma account and continue to block and delete those calls, but with robot-dialing, I could be dealing with this for months. Intuit is/was a reputable company, but, sad to say, this has happened since they took over Credit Karma. I will now have to cancel my TurboTax account since they are Intuit. WTF? Money has become the ONLY goal/purpose today thanks to the current laissez-faire governmental situation. Consumers are now last.
BEWARE
BEWARE! Watch your money! Credit Karma holds refunds long after the required 5-10 business days and can only answer with I don’t know and it’s policy without explaining the “policy” we were told by Carlos there were no supervisors on site only to be directly connected to one by another representative. People are dishonest for a reason and it’s about your money so please BEWARE!!
No supervisors and no answer.
Carlos will tell you they don’t have supervisors when calling to inquire why it’s taking them 3 weeks to release my money they’re holding. And supervisor Albert says he doesn’t know why they’re holding my money or why Carlos says there’s no supervisor.
Avoid At All Costs
Do not trust the "recommendations" or the community aspect of this platform. It has completely devolved into a glorified lead-generation trap designed to harvest your personal data, income, and financial habits just to sell them to the highest bidder—all while silencing actual consumer feedback.
I learned the hard way after dealing with terrible service from one of their heavily pushed partners, Better Mortgage Corporation. When I attempted to leave honest, negative feedback to warn other consumers about my experience, I discovered they have entirely shut down their review features and community forums. They will gladly take your data, but they will not allow you to voice a legitimate complaint or reply to others facing the exact same problems.
It gets worse. Based on a recommendation from the platform, my wife applied for a Chase credit card, which threw her into a dystopian identity-verification loop from hell. Chase immediately flagged the application for fraud, demanding pay stubs and IDs. Once sent, their automated system trapped her in a cycle: sending letters claiming identity theft, forcing her to call in, dropping her calls after making her wait 20 minutes for a supervisor, and—most unforgivably—running a hard inquiry on her credit report every single time she tried to resolve their glitch. They ran her credit into the ground over a single application because their internal customer service doesn't communicate with their fraud department.
This platform is not here to help your credit. It is an unregulated data funnel that feeds unsuspecting consumers into broken, automated corporate systems like Better Mortgage and Chase, leaving you entirely on your own when those systems fail. Avoid them, protect your data, and monitor your credit directly through official government channels instead.
Click bait Scammers
At first, it seemed like a good deal. Helped me keep track of my credit. Come to find out, your credit is different than what they tell you. Also, BEWARE!!! DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING ON THE SITE! They use click bait to get you suckered into purchases you normally wouldnt do! WARNING- DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHINGBTHRY ADVERTISE!
This service is complete bullsh*t
This service is complete crapshoot. Why give “outstanding” odds on approval for a card that declines you? Highly recommend removing your info from this crappy company and never measuring your score with them. Complete disappointment.

I find it very unprofessional to have a bank bureau and a bank account but no on-call support number. This is America and its 2026 that is very unprofessional and then when I get in a trouble with my online banking, I go to chat support and they’re running circles. Slow response and giving me invalid links. I just spent an hour trying to update my phone number even verified myself and they still couldn’t help me. Now I’m waiting on emails very unprofessional low rating wouldn’t recommend.
Credit Karma guaranteed you an approval…
Credit Karma guaranteed you an approval for the loan that looks good but at the time of the actual approved is nothing but a scam from these companies advertised in CK web to trapped you with an interest that you’ll never come out of the debt. They are not out there to help anybody but to gain more money on desperate people trying to fix their credit or get rid off high interest cards. Shame on them!!
Credit Karma ripped me off for $300…
I tried withdrawing $300 from my Credit Karma Spend account 2 times using a Circle K ATM. No money was dispensed either time, however Credit Karma still took the $300 out of my Spend account. I submitted copies of the transaction to Credit Karma disputing them taking $300 out of my account. The receipts from both attempts that clearly showed ZERO money was dispensed. However Credit Karma determined they would not return the $300 because Circle K supposedly gave me the $300. I never even talked to a Circle K employee so how can Circle K or Credit Karma say Circle K f gave me the $300. Trust me, I will NEVER put money into my Credit Karma Spend account ever again!!!
Terrible
Terrible. Had my save account hacked and had $915 stolen from me and Credit Karma refused to refund me the money and closed the dispute. I called them the day it happened and it was activity that was unusual for my account seeing I had never used or submitted any documentation asking for a debit card. A debit card was activated on my account, my entire save account was transferred to it and taken out all on the same day. The same day I reported the fraud.
Basically a promoter of predatory lending companies.
While credit karma does provide a vantage score, that is about the extent of any valuable service it provides. The predatory lending companies that it pushes does way more harm than any good this company claims to do.
agent consistently blames customer
agent consistently blamed me for the phone verification system not working. forced me to reverify when i confirmed all my personal information including my SSN. still tried to say the issue was me and wanted me to provide photo proof. NO ONE cares about my credit and locking me out of my account and making me reset my password, then still trying to get me to give you more info on top of my cell, email, name, and SSN is ridiculous. I told the agent to delete my account and he ignored that request too. Reporting your company on TrustPilot and to the BBB for hijacking my account. There are 2 dozen credit sites. Looks like this site is now trash and you treat your customers like trash. bye.
Update: NO issue getting a verification code from TrustPilot to post this review.
This site used to be reputable until…
This site used to be reputable until Intuit ruined it. Need a predatory loan, this is where you'll find one. The advertised interest rates are click bate. Actual interest rates end up being double.
This is by far one is the worst banking…
This is by far one is the worst banking apps. I would go back to Chime and Sofi before I ever used this Institution again.
•Only virtual customer support ( because they know their customer service is trash)
•A week for any mobile check deposit to clear( speed and access are the points of mobile deposits)
•1pt everyday on your credit..... the fuqq?
•varying degrees of Lunacy from a banking Institution
Do not believe anything it says its all…
Do not believe anything it says its all lie . Says great approval or they pay you $50 a big fat lie. This company does nothing but lie to the people and false advertise.
