Nice design but difficult assembling of the inner parts.Also there was no cable included.The light bulb was difficult to get into the tube.

Terrible Return Policy and Misleading Product Descriptions
I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with Creative-Cables UK. After the holiday season, I attempted to return a product, only to find out their 14-day return policy counts as calendar days, not working days. They outright refused my return, even though the product description on their website was misleading.
The photos made it seem like I was buying a complete, ready-to-install stainless steel lamp holder, but in reality, it was just a decorative cover! To make matters worse, I was searching for a stainless steel lamp holder for a 200W bulb, and while the outer housing was steel, the internal components that directly contact the bulb were aluminum!
Even in their instructional video, a complete lamp holder was shown—not just the colored cover they sold me.
My complaint was dismissed, and now I’m out of pocket for a product that’s completely useless to me. Their customer service attitude leaves much to be desired. Avoid this company unless you want to risk throwing your money away.
P.S.
Well, it seems time is a relative concept for this company – I got a response to my review after a whole year ! That’s what they call ‘fast customer service’.

Products supplied were as indicated on the website..
Lamp fittings were as advertised. A non-basic lamp rosette that was ordered was supplied as the basic version, with the additional advanced version parts provided seperately. These additional parts were not originally noticed in the packaging but were quickly bought to my attention after contact with the helpful support staff.

The quality of the lamp was good, better than expected.
Screws and plugs are included in the delivery, but were not used.
Delivery was as expected.

I could not change delivery address on…
I could not change delivery address on UPS to Czech republic, because Creative cables webside mixed up delivery and billing address (used billing address for shipping). Website part for entering billing and shipping is confusing. I didn't see in summary where it should be delivered and for what it should be billed.

Decentraliser works great.
I needed something to reposition and raise the level of my overhead lights for when I extended and turned the dining table. The decentraliser hooks I bought worked perfectly and they're really subtle so you don't notice them when they're not in use. Delighted with the result. Delivery was quick and easy.
