Hasn't arrived. Very late!
I ordered this on the 23rd, and it stated it would arrive on the 25th/26th. It is now the 2nd and I still haven't received it.

Having looked into this I can see there were a couple of contributing factors due to a delay with the design team receiving your photographs and further hold ups in transit due to the recent Royal Mail strikes. Our team work hard to ensure orders are dispatched in the most timely manner possible so I'm sorry that there were a few complications with your order. Beautiful products and excellent customer service
This company are amazing. I asked for something to be made with an unusual design using one of their existing products as a starting point. The customer service was fantastic and the final product looked even better than I had imagined. The design was done so quickly and it was then delivered withing a couple of days. I will definitely be using this company again.

My order unfortunately wasn’t…
My order unfortunately wasn’t delivered, when I contacted Create Gift they rectified the problem straight away and sent me a new key ring. It arrived yesterday and we are delighted with it. It’s very smart and looks better than I expected.

Not good value for money
I had much higher expectation for the quality of the compact mirror. It feels cheap photos & and the way mirror opens. It's a shame as it was supposed to be bridesmaids gifts. Not good value for money!

Item is absolutely perfect for a gift and keepsake for a special memory with the function of being a keyring.
Great quality item with high quality print.
Production and shipping were super quick, order was placed and shipping took place 2 days ago. Item received today on a cute little bag with leather tags as a message and another keepsake. Absolutely love and will definitely look for another reason to place another order
