I was lucky to have been put in touch with Create Automation to provide me with what I would describe as the highest quality system (Sonos) for mt recently renovated house in London.
It was a pleasure to communicate by email and by phone with Mark Smith who is a real expert in his field and was able to provide me with all the information I needed about Sonos and its advanced technology. Mark emailed me very efficiently on a Monday morning after I tried on the Sunday evening to use their Chat service which I was not expecting anyone to answer that late on a Sunday evening, to ensure I had what I needed immediately. I cannot recommend Create Automation enough to anyone who is seeking high standards of customer care.

I called out another gate repair company who charged me £430 to tell me that my Doorbird unit had failed. At these prices I decided not to ask them to replace it. Instead I contacted Mark who supplied the complete Doorbird unit at a reasonable price, delivered it the next day and provided advice about how to fit it. And everything worked!

Fantastic company & great service, very helpful on product knowledge when speaking on the phone placed an order & equipment arrived within 48hrs excellent service.

Purchased a psm120 couple of weeks ago for my home audio system cost £120. Came back to me saying they did not have stock and refunded me. They are now selling the item for £240.
For the record they're being sold on eBay for £197.
My advice, avoid buying anything from them.
