My first review was last week, since then I have mailed and called every day with absolutely no response.
The first item I ordered which still shows on their tracking as out of stock was delivered yesterday, the other item I still have no idea about as I cannot get any answers. That still shows on their first tracking page as shipped and their second tracking page as out of stock.
Their customer service stinks.
The products are pretty good, but their service doesn't rate one star.

Their service is terrible.
* They take many more days to ship the item than what they claim.
* Sometimes they don't send the item at all until the customer file a case claiming refund and you run behind them to save your eBay account.
* They don't send items but they mark your orders as "shipped".
* You order one variation, they may send another one.
* They don't reply to most of the emails. If you call them, they become rude and ask you back "Do you how our company works"?
* They are enough to cause your eBay-Amazon account get suspended.

But Their product and price are okay.

hard to compete on prices anyway with others, they are getting their stuff somewhere cheaper obviously.

alot of customer complaints due to wrong product arriving.
I gave up with them.

Needed a complete screen replacement for my Ipad mini. Most UK companies I found were charging around £60 with delivery on top. Crazyprofit.co.uk (who deal in spare parts for a wide range of electronic devices) were only charging £45 including delivery. I was a little bit nervous the company might be a scam as most of their business appears to be via drop shipping. However I had no need to be nervous as my order arrived promptly, in good order with good communication from crazyprofit.
