I've been ordering 3D-04 lashes from CrazyEyelashes for years. I placed an order in October and received significantly different looking lashes (shorter/thinner). Their return policy states that they provide full refunds for incorrect items but they refused to give me a refund. They said that "Because 3D-04 lashes is handmade eyelashes, sometimes will be slightly different" but this simply isn't true because 1) 3D-04 lashes have always been long/full for years and 2) they have a video on their website proving proving that employees use a measuring template to ensure that lashes are created to match the style that the customer ordered. I suspect that an employee mistakenly labeled these short/thin lashes as 3D-04 or something happened to their measuring template. I opened a PayPal case then they shipped me a 2nd package of lashes which were again incorrect (short/thin). This is super deceptive, sad and shady. These were my all time favorite lashes :(. DO NOT BUY LASHES FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wow wow wow I cannot believe how awesome these are. I was a little skeptical at the idea of magnetic lashes and was even more worried because I never wear eyeliner but it was easy to apply the eyeliner is a liquid brush and then you just put the lashes close to the liner and it's sucks it right on. They look amazing
