I placed my order on 29 May 2026 and, to this day, I have not received it.
When I contacted customer support, I asked for a tracking number. I was told that they did not have access to it. After that, I sent several more emails requesting an update, but I received no replies at all.
As a result, I had no choice but to open a chargeback case with my bank.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Ignoring customers instead of helping them resolve delivery issues is unacceptable. I hope this review encourages the company to finally respond and resolve my case.

Crazy Factory are fab
I wanted a particular slightly larger gauge and diameter in nipple piercings and literally went on just about every site including Amazon and they either had the diameter and not the gauge, it the gauge and not the diameter, it got very annoying and frustrating, came across Crazy Factory and straight away "bang" exact barbell piercings I was after, the exact diameter and gauge sizes shown separately and very easy to locate and choose, and even an option of three different sizes of ball fixings not to mention a good added bonus of being able to choose from a good selection of different colours of stones,I placed an order for 2 within minutes and I'm relaxed and calm again thanks Crazy Factory 😘

Why the HUGE increase in price from $13.90 to $91.90?
The ordering process was easy and straight-forward, as usual, so that is a plus. However, I wanted to order another of the Jeweled Nose Stud that I had ordered previously. The price of this item has jumped from $12.89 in 2018, then to $13.91 in 2022, to a whopping $91.90 in 2026. At this price, I did not reorder, but went with a similar stud in surgical steel. Not happy.
