Moving house is known to be a stressful time but Craig,Jodie and their team gave us confidence that all would go well.
They helped us through a difficult time always responding to the constant changing of removal date with advice and a calm approach. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend their service. The removal day went well thanks to them. The team on the day were very professional and worked hard taking care of all our furniture and many boxes.Exhausting work on a hot day. Well done .

Craig Atkinson removals moved my elderly mum on Tuesday this week. She was worried about the move but the team made this completely stress-free. The lads were professional but friendly and worked really hard. They added a couple of small bits that mum had forgotten to put on the inventory and couldn't have been nicer. The whole process from initial inquiry, ongoing contact, right up to the end of the moving process was streamlined, efficient and professional but with a really relaxed friendly vibe. Nothing was too much trouble. Would absolutely 100% recommend Craig Atkinson removals. Special shout out to Mark and Jamie, thank you guys, you were brilliant.

Excellent from start to finish. The terms are clear, and the 24/7 WhatsApp communication was very handy for the few specific questions I had when moving day approached. We were also supplied with a good number of high quality boxes and tape delivered to our house.
On the moving day itself the team of Mark, Corey and Baz were faultless. Our furniture and possessions were carefully, efficiently and methodically loaded into the vans, and taken to the right rooms at our new home. The wardrobe crates were extremely useful, and the bed being dismantled and reassembled was a lovely touch.
What is inevitably a stressful day with agents and solicitors was made far less stressful via the team's professionalism, friendliness, patience and good humour. It's not just a house moving service, it's well though-out support system for every stage of our move. We are extremely satisfied with Craig Atkinson Removals.

these guys were very professional in their work, polite and friendly manner throughout my move all worked hard and even though they had to climb a 16 step stairway to my flat they finished the job, a credit to the company.

Had a great experience with the team during our move. Competitively priced, the master bed being dismantled and rebuilt was a nice bonus! The van was expertly packed, the guys very professional and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

From quote to move day, Craig Atkinson removals have been fantastic to deal with. Craig travelled to my house to do an in person quote and immediately reassured me about any of my concerns. The team kept in touch with me throughout the legal process (which was lengthy) answered any questions and were able to assist me on completion day.

From being hugely let down by a van hire company at less than a day's notice, our subsequent experience with Craig and the team was exquisite.

Craig's removal men, Andy and Cory were an absolute credit to the Company and themselves. Nothing was too much trouble: they took exceptional care of some large pieces of furniture and handled everything like it was their own property. I would not hesitate to use them in the future to move any furniture or property.

From the first contact we had with Craig, he was professional, knowledgeable and without doubt gave us complete confidence in his service. We then met his team who are equally excellent.
The communications we received leading up to moving day during and beyond have been second to none. Every aspect was considered and carried out. The day itself was completely under control and every care was taken with all our possessions. We were provided with boxes, tape and wrapping and a collection of these afterward.
I will recommend Craig and the team to everyone I know and cannot praise them all highly enough. They have restored my faith in customer service excellence.

Andrew the driver had a mammoth task of collecting large items from several businesses in Burnley before heading down to the Houses of Parliament, which has a very strict and somewhat complicated system, involving screening an hour away from it. Nothing was too much trouble, he dealt with the curveballs professionally and all the businesses highly rated him. Very efficient and trustworthy.

Craig’s team are absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The whole team were professional in every way. They kept us reassured, calm and made us laugh throughout the whole process, Thank you lads,

Lee and Jamie were my removal team. Have to say they were absolutely fantastic. Such friendly lads who looked after my belongings so well and packed the van with extreme care and the expertise and skill in getting everything in and secured was fantastic. They got everything into my new house without a hitch and when the “independent” woman in me couldn’t get the feet screwed on my couch they did it for me. They couldn’t do enough. Such polite and helpful lads. If I was to move again (which I’m not planning on doing) I would absolutely use Craig Atkinson again and request Jamie and Lee specifically. If you are considering using this firm then I would say do.
