Great trousers
I am delighted with my Expert Womens Kiwi Pro Stretch Trousers, because they are comfortable, insect-proof, waterproof, provide sun block... and still felt good in the heat wave. I had Lyme disease earlier in the year, and I am confident that these trousers will keep ticks out (as long as I have the right boots/shoes and socks to prevent them getting up inside).

Easy returns and refunds
I recently ordered a pair of waterproof trousers that ended up being too small. It was easy to return them and the refund was prompt. I ordered the next size up and they arrived quickly plus they fitted perfectly.

Another great purchase from Craghoppers
Another great purchase from Craghoppers. I have several pairs of these Kiwi Pro walking trousers and this is my latest addition. Can’t fault them for their lightweight comfort. Great price too in recent Sale . I’m not sure if I’d pay full price for these now as there are better quality options available to buy for just slightly more cost.

Very quick dispatch and delivery.
One item I ordered was too large (my choice) and it was very easy to use the online return process which was free to use and involves collection from home.

Craghoppers handled order fine but as with most online shops now they use unreliable delivery companies in this case Evri who leave goods at the door and bolt this should be rectified as people are sick of it.

Terrible quality hat with equality terrible customer service.
Terrible quality hat which Customer service were not interested in repairing, replacing or refunding. Check @CraghoopersUK social media accounts for photos. I'm really disappointed in this brand and would suggest people thing twice. Could have been resolved so easily and quickly in private.
