Last year
Last year, I discovered this brand through a Facebook ad and I really wish I hadn't! Imagining how much I would have adored these as a kid, I decided they would be my daughters' main Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, the customer service was not just lacking; it was non-existent. I tried emailing, calling, and eventually messaging on Facebook to get a simple query resolved before ordering. Despite mentioning that I planned to make a significant purchase of £300, there was still no response. I ended up ordering anyway to ensure the gifts arrived by Christmas. The wait for the package was nerve-wracking as it showed up at the very last minute, with no email responses along the way. I remained courteous throughout but had hoped for an apology or a thank you note, which never came. I almost left a negative review back then but held off.Fast forward to this year, my daughter wanted another one for her birthday on October 28th. Recalling my previous experience, I ordered well in advance on September 16th. As of November 12th, the item hasn't even been dispatched. They've taken my money with no intention of sending the item, and they've been dishonest by blaming Royal Mail, COVID, and other excuses. The website claims a 48-hour Royal Mail tracked delivery, yet they click the dispatch button just after you order, misleading customers into thinking it's the postal service's fault when they haven't actually sent it. They offer to resend the item as if it was lost, while constantly making excuses. It's baffling how they manage to keep getting customers, likely due to the unusual lack of negative reviews. I understand they're a small business, but communication is crucial. Rather than relying on someone inexperienced, they should hire someone who can handle orders properly. If they cared about their business, they'd respond to emails. Wouldn't it be simpler to ship the items rather than ignore numerous emails and fabricate excuses? They seem more focused on setting up pony scenes for social media than answering
