Been using grace/carpex for years the machine isn’t the problem it’s the people
Who run the show.
This Coy is completely useless at sending things out on time January ordered piece of plastic bracket for the back wheels still not here. Looming wire ordered 7 weeks ago still not here. The communication is non-existent.
I’m so angry and disappointed, but over the years this is what you expect from these fools.
Due to this reason after years of using their machines I will never purchase another one of them.

Craftex are truely a leading company providing excellent After Sales service. Always fast to respond and never let you down!

Excellent company to deal with, well priced and quality products

Since buying a Craftex brand Grace carpet cleaning machine, I have had nothing but problems. The water pump has failed numerous times, and the machine has been through more than 8 vacuum motors. The final straw (and inspiration for the review) was when the wheels fell off.

The brackets had snapped (cheap brittle plastic.) when attempting to replace these I was told it would take 1-2 weeks to deliver and would cost £56. (Again, for two cheap plastic brackets.)

When the machine works, it's great. It just doesn't work enough of the time.

On a positive, the consumables available are top class.

However due to the problems I shall be purchasing a machine from a rival company. I have placed my final order with Craftex.
