I would like to thank Annette at Crated Creations on the beautiful basket I ordered for a friend just getting out of the hospital. She went above the norm in creating a gluten-free basket of wine, cheeses and fruit and added some gluten-free items. The comments I received were:
“Thanks for the wonderful basket. It’s truly excellent. That will help perk me up. I was touched by your thoughtful gift.”
Annette went out of her way to accommodate me and even sent a picture before she delivered the gift. I would highly recommend Crated Creations for all your future needs.

I would give 0 stars if I could, ordered some crochet bees with seeds that bees like last year as little presents for family members, they have never arrived, the money was taken out of my account and nothing received. I believe this to be a scam site🤬 avoid at all costs

I have been working with Craftscape for 10 months and it has been promise after promises that have been broken. Allen Abraham who is the owner is a con artist. He lies, promises, and does not deliver.

Whatever you do, please do not use them. Feel free to message me, and I will give you all the details. He disappears for weeks and weeks without answering a single email or phone call. The entire list-minute project is on hold because “he always has a last min emergency” and is not available to talk.

He can’t keep an employee for more than a couple of months. In these 10 months, three different designers and architects have come and gone all because of their shady business.

Look up all the negative Google reviews. Don’t let the pretty Instagram videos fool you. Avoid at all costs!

I have ordered from Craft Creations for many years. Recently I placed my usual order for 1000 A6 cards in 300gsm. When they arrived, the cardstock is a different texture and thinner than previous orders. I have emailed them 4 times to ask what has happened to the quality of card and whether this is a permanent change, but they have not bothered to reply. No communication is very poor customer service and a sure way to lose customers.

Ordered a card/envelope pack plus sticker sheets. One week later the stickers arrived but not the card/envelope pack. Phoned up to let them know, ticket raised, said would send out asap. One week later a packet arrived but containing only envelopes, albeit 50 envelopes and not the 25 that should have been part of the pack. Emailed to let know order had gone wrong again. Response was that they had new employees in warehouse, who needed more training, and would again send the card pack within 24 hours. Another week later and nothing had arrived, so contacted by email again. Said she was sorry nothing had arrived and refunded my money for the card pack. Note that she didn't say they whether or not they had been sent! I was so pleased this company had started up again, although they had a lot less choice than before, but won't be using again.

The star rating refers to service rather than products as I didn't receive any products. I ordered Chiyogami paper and was asked to give delivery instructions so I suggested the wood shed - it's quite normal to suggest an alternative place where a parcel can be left if you are not at home. I received this communication from Gill Unwin 'I have refunded your payment for the paper as I would prefer not to have it delivered to your wood shed at this busy time of year.' An incredibly high handed and rude approach.

What is happening at cc, two orders outstanding, payment taken. No goods. Two email and three telephone calls later, no reply. Not happy

Can't complain just a great transaction

The ser vice and quality of products is as good as it has always been. But the prices are a little steep after buying the from C C for so long at a brilliant discount price.

Order received safely despite trying times, thank you.

Having used your catalogue in the past I don't find the website particularly user friendly - often I cannot see the photographs too well. But the quality of the craft items are still first class.

Excellent service from Craft Creations as always.

Very happy with my order, it was dealt with very quickly in these times, so pleased to be able to get something to occupy me whilst stuck indoors.

Unable to make any greeting cards as the Bostic was way too toxic for my nose alas!

My order arrived promptly and the packaging was very good. My only gripe was the cost of the postage - it was almost as much as my order.

I was very pleased with the fast delivery, especially now with the virus problems, I was really pleased to get the relationship peelofs,as I had been looking in all the craft stores,even Hobbycraft,!! with no luck,I will certainly be ordering more, thank you very much, 👍👏

The woman that answered the phone was bright and cheery; very helpful and listened to my queries.
The cards arrived in time so I think the service was good in every way.
