Excellent company to deal with, communication from start to finish is wonderful. They are a very professional company but also very friendly. Stacie keeps you up to date and Kyle is great at his job and the whole process is stress free. I would highly recommend Cozy Heat.

Had a problem with boiler and leaking radiators. Graham arrived soon after calling cozy heat and fixed both problems in a few minutes. He also gave me a lot of advice on both problems. I have used Cozy Heat over many years and always found them to provide great customer service.

Would highly recommend Cozy Heat to anyone, the service has been fantastic. The engineers are extremely professional, explain everything at a level you can understand, and really went the extra mile to make sure the work fitted around my family needs too. Graeme in particular was amazing with my son who was very interested in what he was doing, Graeme explained things to him and just put the extra effort in which was much appreciated.

From getting quotes to booking the job and discussing designs Stacie has been so helpful and gone above and beyond to accommodate everything requested including opening the showroom for us as my husband couldn’t attend during the week.

I have felt I’m in trusted hands from day one which is why we chose Cozy Heat, first impressions count and the time spent explaining and advising has made the process of getting new boiler and heating system plus bathroom designs completed stress free.

Cozy heat are excellent. Friendly and helpful. Kyle and Sebastian were great and Stacey really looked after us getting our heating and hot water back up and running as soon as possible. A far superior service than Scottisg Gas. We will be using them all the time going forward.

We booked Cozy Heat to service our boiler,I was happy with the service so I then booked CozyHeat to service mum's gas boiler. The engineer had pointed out that a magnetic filter would be a Good Thing to have, and I did remember that had been suggested at last year's service, especially as our system is pretty old but still working well. He re-visited mum to do all the repairs that were needed (she bought her flat this year and the gas boiler system needed quite a bit of TLC with pipes not fastened to the wall properly and the wiring a bit iffy, along with a thermostat that didn't appear to connect to the boiler.) We then got him to come again to us to fit the filter thingy recommended. At all of these visits Kyle, the engineer, was friendly and efficient, and also he was very patient with mum, explaining to her how everything worked. I'd use Cozy Heat again.

We had our toilet Pan & Handbasin & unit & kitchen sink installed today, & it was done by a first class guy called Kyle, he was very tidy & efficient, also very pleasant. Bought from Cozy Heat Stacie was very charming & helpful, would definitely highly recommend this company. Thank you. Mr & Mrs. Martin.

Great company to do business with. Great advice and great service. Got them to add a MagnaClean filter to the central heating and - Kyle the engineer(brilliant guy) - took care of it all. No fuss no mess, just an efficient job, checked all the rads, rebalanced the rads, all great.

Company comms is superb - email to confirm arrival date, reminder the day before (both email and messaging), and turned up when expected.

Online pricing and online booking - could not do a better job. Thanks guys !
