I recently bought a new pair of Snowboard Boots from Coyote and Amy who works there could not have been more helpful and indeed allowed me as much time as I needed to decide which ones to buy. I even went past their closing time but there was absolutely no pressure. Thank you Coyote and indeed I am on my way back there today to buy a new board and bindings.

Cant remember the young girls name,but she was excellent,very helpful and interested,very welcoming and professional.
The other staff were very pleasant and helpful as well

Great service, unfortunately the ski trousers I bought for my son were too small and Coyoti didn't have the next size up due to their great sale for Black Friday.
I do however have to commend them for their customer service and the speed of the refund.
I will certainly be shopping with Coyoti as my first port of call in the future.

Reply from the store below is fair. My issue is with the poor courier service. Coyoti seem pretty good, they sell things that I want at good price and then send them like they said they would. But snowboards seem to get sent via Hermes, who are terrible. That wasn't made clear before checkout. Hermes have predictably screwed it up. Please stop using Hermes to send your stuff. If the board turns up in one piece we'll call it 4 stars?
Update; Board arrived just now. Package was a bit damaged in transit but Coyoti packaged it well and all is intact. Well done Coyoti :)

Fantastic customer service. There was an employee in training at the time , I didn’t quite catch her name but she was fantastic . She was being overseen by what I assume was the owner. But she handled my boot fitting very well and the owner made me feel very well looked after . I’ve never had boots that fit me and this is my first pair Iv ever bought and they are like walking on clouds . Thank you cayoti ski and team .

The boot fitting was very thorough and accurate. Very effective even though the service is free of charge if you are purchasing boots.
