Give customers options
It's easy to order from but it would be easier if I could choose the size of wood like a 2.4m decking board so that I'd know how many I'd need, thankfully the 2 x4.8m decking boards were enough for what I needed , delivery was quick

Trade experience for the DIY’er
Although the click and collect heavy side experience is geared for the professional it worked well for me and I did find someone (a lady) who couldn’t have been more helpful in her guidance and assistance in loading my vehicle. The gent in the gatehouse was also notably cheerful. Prices and quality excellent (don’t forget to compare like for like eg C24/C16 for timber when looking at other ‘DIY’ type outlets) 20% discount was also available on the deal.

Excellent customer service from helpful staff who cut wood to length for me. I would have given 5 stars but there were no signs where to park, I didn’t realise I could drive into the yard and ended up parking on the street and carrying my purchase.

Good price and quality
Purchased quite a bit of timber for a raised deck project , timber was good quality and a good price compared to other places , delivery was quick and collection for a few extras from the Lewes branch was easy .

Good communication, friendly staff in office. Driver also very friendly and made light of what I know is difficult road access to the property, Materials were placed exactly where I wanted and good quality timber and cladding. A big thank you to Covers, will be using again.

My delivery of bricks was 2 days before the agreed delivery date. However, the driver was extremely helpful and patient while my wife moved the car to allow the delivery to be put up the drive. He is a credit to your organisation 👍
