The delivery was split
The delivery was split. I would have been nice to be informed by the office I ordered the goods from. I received 8 sleepers then a week later the final 6. The sleepers themselves were mostly straight and Alresford Covers did a great job both times delivering them over the fence. I just felt that a customer should be more informed about delivery and if all the goods are not being delivered.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Added more to my delivery last minute with no hassle. Guys who delivered my order on the 10th were very friendly and used the crane to put my load on the driveway with no issues. Also a lot cheaper than places like Wickes and B&Q

Yeah….. what can I say…..ordered on-line to use the £10 off first order over £75, only to find I hadn’t read the whole t&c’s to be later told the £10 only applies to full price items….. sadly, I’m back with Jewsons 😕

It was delivered when I was told it would be and the driver was very helpful in leaving it exactly where I wanted it of which I really appreciated . Items all in good order, the whole ordering process was simple with people being really helpful

I placed an order online, and Ian contacted me to say it was ready for collection a few hours later.
He was extremely helpful and put my order in my car for me.

Good but not perfect
Tree growth prevented the truck from getting on to the property but the driver very helpfully carried the planks down the road.
Couple of the planks were damaged and a couple were warped but others OK.

Really poor quality of wood at this time
I ordered a large amount of wood, and at least 1/3rd of it was full of splits, it’s pushed my production back, as I can’t use the poor quality that was delivered. I wished I’d gone to Wickes as about a month before also order wood of the same size and that turned out to be excellent wood.
