Very patient and helpful

The whole experience was very well conducted. I was treated with courtesy and everything was explained to me.
When we struggled with the internet the assistant was very patient and suggested a different option which worked very well.
3 different options were explained and information sent through for me to check before making a final decision.
It was also explained that the recording would be turned off whilst I gave card payment details. This has never been explained with other companies. I will definitely be using this company again and will advise family and friends to also go direct to web site. First class service and good pricing and cover .

Thank you for your review, could you clarify what you mean by ‘pest cover’, the only similar cover I’m familiar with is ‘pest control cover’ which is part of a home insurance policy, I’m unaware of any travel insurance policy covering something similar (though depending on your chosen cover level and options you can have cover against uninhabitable accommodation/accommodation supplier insolvency in a travel insurance policy).
