Appalling service/complaint with ombudsman
Appalling service. Can’t even answer a complaint after 10 weeks. Now with the financial ombudsman. Agree Don’t use.

Do not use Courtiers 'wealthmanagers, IFA' (whatever they call themselves this week!).
In addition to my previous review, since their take over of my previous IFA I have found the financial performance, notwithstanding covid etc, to be very disappointing. It seems that if you raise issues with them they are argumentative, confrontational and unprofessional in their attitude. I had already contacted another IFA and it's maybe coincidental that after doing this, without warning they have cancelled my accounts. Because they have cancelled my accounts, accoridng to them this now allows them to impose exit fees. I have found them to be intractable, unhelpful, unprofessional and arrogant in their dealings with me. In addition, they are now refusing to answer my emails! They are also being investigated by the FCA! All I can say is -DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!

Courtiers can't be trusted
I had been with this company. With no warning they cancelled my accounts for no apparent reason - very poor. I was thinking of changing anyway as the investment advice over the 4 years I've been with them has not been good.
