I didn't receive my order. Couplesole.de homepage is not available anymore. I didn't get any response on my email, that i send to a client center. What a shame 🙄

I purchased shoes on June 18rh
I purchased shoes on June 18rh, they were directly paid for. When they had not arrived after three weeks I wrote an email asking where were, to which I initially got no response. I got a response after the second email and was told it would take 2-4 weeks (by Jessica). After 4 weeks I wrote another email because I still had not received them. After three emails there still has not been a response and it has been 6 weeks since I placed the order. Also, the website no longer works!!!
