Sad excuse for an estate agent

Sad excuse for an estate agent. Had to complain regarding ignoring my request to view a property. A male worker who claimed to be a manager was rude. I called to make a complaint. 4 weeks later still not heard nothing. This discriminative and oppressive organisation persistently ignore my request to view the property. I am sure the seller is not aware. Think twice before allowing this unprofessionsal and discriminative organisation sell your home.

Fast but not honest

This Agent not very honest.

I was told if I used the solicitor and lenders of the seller choosing, I will have a better chance to win the house. But surely this has nothing to do with the seller, in fact the Agent it self have an agreement with a firm of solicitors to refer work to them in return for a referral fee, which will be added to my bill. I found out soon after I agreed to use the recommended firm, as I was charged quite high fees by them.

They acted fast somehow, that's the only positive I could think of, but once everything is settled (contract exchanged) they would not be bothering to answer any of your queries anymore.
