In November 2023, I had my car towed there for service. They told me it was a transmission and fuel pump. I paid the $8,000 for the repair. My car has not worked for more than two weeks at time since then. My car has been in and out of their shop for 1-2 months at a time. Almost 9 months later, I do not have my car back and no one calls me with updates about the status of my vehicle.

As a customer I wasnt treated right I returned with my vehicle to have 2 issues checked and both issues were diverted. When i had my engine installed they changed my intake manifold which caused a evap leak setting off my chest k engine light. I now have p codes for both converters. I tried to explain but Bill wouldnt listen to me he clearly put it on something else. I then told Bill that my a/c wasnt working and before he checked my truck he told me that I must have a leak in my system I tried telling him that it worked fine before the install but Bill insisted that I have a new leak in my system. I've been to this location with a few cars and sent people there for work but now I see how they treat customers after they get the money I will never go back or recommend this location to anyone as a matter of fact this will be on my ig and my youtube pages as well as my groupme pages.

I've been going to Cottman of Waldorf for many years, now. As a single mother, I appreciate them taking time to explain the service they have completed on my vehicles and any questions I may have, to my satisfaction. The service I get here is ALWAYS above and beyond anywhere else I have EVER been. For example, I've called many times to ask about what I think may be a problem with my car. They will tell me what it could be and fit me in that day without any problem. They are VERY honest and sometimes I haven't been charged for a repair that turned out to be very minor!!! They communicate with me throughout the day to keep me informed of my car repairs progress. I NEVER think about taking my cars anywhere else. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, "COTTMAN OF WALDORF"!!!!!

Yes I am very pleased with the service of Cotton in Waldorf. I have 4 vehicles, they have replaced a transmission in my 2012 Hyundai genesis, replaced my radiator in my 2008 Cl 63 benz and they just repaired my 2006 dodge charger srt 8 by replacing the radiator and water pump. The plus is, all work is not rushed and you get you vehicle back in a good timely fashion. The mechanics a well knowledgeable.

I took my vehicle in for a transmission check. I was told the repair was 4k. I told Bill I probably won't move forward with the repair. They were polite and patient while I made my decision. I told them I would sell the vehicle. Once I picked up the vehicle, to take directly to be sold that's when the shift occurred. They left SEVERAL screws in the cup holder area, large rusted looking parts on the floor in the vehicle it was HORRIBLE. Why would a business take apart pieces of the vehicle and not put them back together after the owner decided not to move forward with the repair? I truly don't understand. If I took my vehicle to the dealership, Goodyear, any repair shop I don't expect large parts and screws to be left in the vehicle when I pick it up if I opted to not move forward with repairs. I told them I was selling the vehicle the day I picked it up obviously I needed it to look as pristine as when I brought it in. The way they left my vehicle was horrible, unprofessional and Bad Business I'm very disappointed.. If I could attach the photos I would... I won't be taking another vehicle to them.

Pick up, drop off service. Excellent prices and work. Great to work with.

Each time I've needed service, these guys have been great. Times, professional and reasonable
