Rob and his crew took on a project unusual for them, and have been diligent and fair in completing the work. I'm more than pleased, and would highly commend them. Nothing but positive experience

Went to pick up my car after a repair, got into my car and the battery was dead. Susan said you must need a battery. I informed her that the battery was new. They picked my car up on a Monday and I had to call them Tuesday afternoon because I had not heard from anyone. When I called I got a lady in Charlotte because my calls went unanswered . After the unanswered calls I blocked my number and Susan answered. She finally called me on Wednesday to tell me the problem with my car and how much it would cost. I asked.her if she had checked with the warranty company she said.no she forgot but she would call them and call me right back. She never called back. I called her the next day to ask about the warranty, she said she called but I doubt it. It took them a week to fix my car and the charged me 150.00 to tow it 20 miles. These people hide behind a smile while they are price gouging u. Stay away.

The best experience ever for a car repair...honest.sincere and great workmanship in a very timely manor...great work...great people...would refer anyone to them and will definitely take my business to them every time.
