Excellent service, help and advice

Great company to deal with. The staff in Leamington Spa branch were extremely helpful and accurate with their advice and delivery times for two new sofas. They arrived exactly on the due dates.
Delivery carried out by Bernard & Janis who were on time, polite and very helpful. The sofa was positioned in the right place in the right room.

Interaction with staff, very positive. All polite and knowledgeable Planned to order on line but prefer to keep stores on the high street. Good selection of products and layout of goods in store. Will definitely return.

I wanted to see the actual item I was buying so I called in to the Leamington Spa branch. The lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and my order was placed with minimum fuss. I could choose a date and time slot to suit and I received immediate confirmation by email
The delivery guys, Sam and Igors, were friendly and helpful. They unpacked my item, placed it where it needed to be and took away all the rubbish! They showed me where the alternative door handles were and how to change them. Really cheerful and pleasant considering it was 7am!

Ryan and Bernard delivered my Berkeley Nordic oak this morning. Lovely guys and did a great job of getting the furniture into the room, they were very pleasant and efficient, thank you both. Second time having furniture delivered from Cotswold and no problems on both occasions.

Two sofas delivered today, very happy with them. Want to personally thank Vasco and Bernard, they were so helpful and friendly. They are both a credit to the Cotswold Company.

Wanting to purchase some bedroom furniture, I visited the Leamington Spa branch to look at a particular piece. I found the service fantastic. They were friendly and welcoming, they weren’t pushy but gave all the information required when looking at dimensions and availability. The manager was helpful when it came to the delivery expectations and on the day of delivery the drivers Sam and Ryan were fantastic. They removed their shoes, assembled all the pieces and left my room looking amazing.
So excited for my new bedroom and it is just the look I wanted

I purchased a 3 seater Osbourne sofa in Ink Eco Chenille with feather filling from the Leamington Spa branch which was delivered in December 2025. I love the colour and the style……but the back sofa cushions are not fit for purpose which ruins the whole sofa.

In store we were told the cushions need to be plumped and turned once a week. THIS IS NOT TRUE! They go flat within an hour of sitting on the sofa and require a vigorous plumping EVERYWHERE SINGLE DAY. This is not an easy job as the back cushions are large and heavy due to their size and feather content.

I contacted the branch by email and they forwarded it to customer service. The team contacted me back with prices for me to pay myself for new back cushions. I explained (again) it is a design fault and the feather back cushions are not fit for purpose asking for replacement back cushions with fibre filling rather than feather as it is certainly not what you expect from a £2000 sofa.

Customer service arranged for their restoration team to look at the sofa to decide if it was a manufacturing issue or general wear and tear.

Clearly it is not a manufacturing issue, as I said from the start - it is a design fault - and I have now been told the case is closed!!

I can honestly say I would never buy a sofa from The Cotswold Company again and feel I am now stuck with a very poor quality product. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

We visited the Leamington Spa showroom in December to view the range of furniture. I did contemplate placing my order online but there were certain issues I needed clarifying. I telephoned the store to place my order as the items were due different dates. Cilla took my call and placed my order for me and advised that there would be two separate deliveries. She was extremely helpful and it was lovely to have a friendly voice at the end of the phone.
