I bought my Cotic Escapade last year.
Notwithstanding the fantastic build quality and brilliant riding experience the customer service from Cotic has been superb, both in terms of advice before making my purchase and then after sales support.

The bike speaks for itself. I purchased a Cotic Jeht, silver build. Excellent craftsmanship from top to bottom.

More importantly the aftercare and customer service you receive from Cotic is second to none.

They are riders themselves and are on hand after your purchase to help in person, over the phone or by email.

If you are serious about getting a proper bike then Cotic deserve some serious consideration!

Got one second hand and love it.
Love the business by local people who know their stuff and work put back into the cycling community is top.

I known these Cy and the guys/gals for years and met them personally A few years back in Wales. And in all of that time I’ve owned probably a dozen frames from them.

Not only are they have fantastic group of people, but their bikes are some of the best around. By far.

Superior ride and control are always mainstays of COTIC. I can’t wait to get my hands on one of their ebikes, one day lol.

Having ridden Santa Cruz bikes for a good few years I fancied something different and took advantage of Cotic’s great demo service. Back in 2017 Sam sorted me out with a ride on a Rocket 275 and I was immediately sold. From the progressive suspension, lovely ride feel of the steel, on the money geometry, classic looks, amazing grip in flat corners and off cambers, reliable and simple design, easy servicing there’s so much to love about Cotic bikes. I’ve since replaced the Rocket with a Gen3 RocketMax which takes the speed up a notch and is also a fantastic bike. I also have an Escapade all road build which is my Cotic fix for the roads and commute.
Aside from the great bikes. Cotic offer amazing service, advice and a real personal touch from Cy and the gang that you can only get from an independent, rider owned brand. It’s fair to say I’m a fan and highly likely to be adding to the Cotic collection in the future.

The team at Cotic are always really helpful and insightful. They have your interests at heart before their own. I've bought 5 bikes from them over 20 years, the products have been first class.

I met the guys at Cotic bikes in swaledale during the Ardrock event.
They let me take one of there demo bikes out for a spin around the test route, the bike and the guys were great and I'm definitely going for a Cotic on my next bike purchase!

I've had my Rocket for 3 years. It's a great bike and the people at Cotic have been really helpful over the years when it comes to replacing and upgrading parts. Highly recommend for an awesome bike and brilliant customer experience.

coming from MTB I was searching for something to keep on moving my legs in the muddy season of the year. Gravel is the answer for that. During my research the mechanic of my trust has been pointig me towards Cotic. Lucky me! The more I've learned about this brand, their history, their spirit and of course about (british) steel bikes, the more I was convinced: I need Cotic. I've had the Escapade in my shopping basket several times. When it finally came to buying it, I enjoyed the outstanding help and advices of the Cotic Team - including the boss himself! That has been one year and a half from today.
And do I love the bike? Hell yeah. Flying through the woods, not hesitating when the trails get rough, be it rainy, up to the hills, overnighter, commuting to work... I'm so damn happy to ride that Cotic Escapade. Best investment in a long time.
(And yes: I do have a Cotic MTB in my shopping basket since a couple of months, too. Just wait for that lottery win... ;)

I have two Cotics, Escapade and Cascade, and owned a Soul a few years ago.
That says it all really.
I have ridden long distances, used both bikes for bikepacking, and then taken the Escapade out on the Sunday morning club ride.
I had a query about the front mech and having mailed Cotic they replied within 24 hours and really helpful.
Highly recommend their bikes and after sales support.

I can’t give anything less than 5 ⭐️ to Cotic.
I’ve had 3 different bikes from them over a 7 year period. A Rocket Max and two Rockets, updating every couple of years or so.
The bikes are just outstanding. The geometry is way ahead of the game. It feels like everyone else is trying to catch up to Cotic’s geometry.
Another really important thing is their customer service. It’s second to none! I actually feel part of a family. Whenever I have a query or I want to buy something, I can email or phone them and sometimes get a reply or answer from the owner, Cy! He and the team are so down to earth and really want to help you.
I can’t praise them enough.
They’re just a great company.

I bought a 10 year old used Cotic in 2020 and instantly fell in love so in in early 2021 ordered a new Escapade. My beloved orange Escapade has been second to none and has taken me safely across Europe, to the Alps, the Pyrenees and beyond. I ride CX through the winter and ride with mates weekly and it has never let me down. Cotic as a company have been outstanding in terms of customer service and support and I am without doubt a customer for life.

I own 2 Cotic bikes, a Flaremax and a Cascade. The ordering process is straight forward and the option to choose the components you want is great. Communication with Cotic is always clear and prompt. Both bikes arrived very well set up, only requiring wheels and bars fitted. The bikes ride fantastically well. The Flaremax is a great all round mountain bike. I've used mine for 10 hour endurance races, enduros, trips to the Alps and riding in my local hills. The Cascade is super versatile. Very capable off road with wider tyres fitted but is surprisingly fast on the road with more road oriented tyres. Both bikes have been reliable with no issues. Would highly recommend Cotic and the ability to get demo before buying is a bonus.

Brilliant company. Personalised service. Very flexible with spec and keen to ensure you get what you need. Over several years I’ve had 3 hardtails and 3 droplink bikes: all excellent. Very highly recommended.

I bought a Solaris Max back in 2020, built it up to my personal specs, but didn't get out on it properly because of Covid. However I have had some great rides on this bike and I absolutely love it. I can still remember the first time I pointed it downwards we were in North Yorshire on a big weekender 2021 and she just wanted to go, the bike fills you with confidence it's agile for a long bike, it's so much fun. It climbs really well. It is an all-around capable bike.
Not only is the bike great but the service from Cy and his team is great. Very knowledge people and supper friendly,

I’m now on my second Cotic bike and would and do recommend them to any poor soul who shows the slightest interest and stops to listen to me witter on. The team at Cotic HQ are knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help. A really great company that makes really great, multi-award winning, bikes.

It is not easy to buy steel bikes in Italy, except for small builders, who however produce custom-made frames at a rather high cost. After some time spent drooling on the Cotic website I finally decided to buy an all road bike frame, the Escapade. The whole purchasing process was really easy and transparent, shipping was fast. I initially had a problem with the frame received which was resolved promptly and flawlessly by the excellent assistance service, despite the damned Brexit. A new frame was sent to me. The quality was very good, came ready to build, no prep to do, no unwanted paint in the threads, clean and flat brake mounting surfaces, flawless paintwork, well done Cotic. The resulting bike rides great. All the questions I asked via email were answered quickly and competently, in a calm manner. It was like talking to friends. I have no doubt that I will purchase a frame from them again in the future, perhaps the new Solaris.

I’ve bought 6 bikes from Cotic over the last 19 years and the company have never been short of excellent. Unlike many brands I really feel like I can trust the team there - they really care about bikes and the people that ride them. The products are superb and just keep improving year on year - if there were six stars, I would use them.

Had 3 Cotic's over the years and wouldn't consider anything else, especially for hardtails! They are beautifully crafted and ride so well. Great company to deal with who really know their stuff and understand what you as a rider want.
Can't recommend enough!
