Their customer service is unmatched

Their customer service is unmatched. They are so helpful and always solve problems putting customers first. Been a very happy customer for 4 years and counting and thought it was about time I wrote a review, since every issue I have ever had has been resolved sooo seamlessly. Love this brand . Extra love their customer service

Subscription service is a scam; Diapers from grocery ok

The diapers and wipes are high quality, but I would not purchase through the subscription service on Coterie.com. Honestly, my experience with the Coterie team has me wondering how ethical and trustworthy the brand is when is comes to their claims about chemicals as well. I feel so gaslit by this company and their customer service. I tried the diapers and liked them, so I decided to sign up for the subscription in fall of 2024. The first two shipments arrived without a hitch. The October shipment did not arrive and when I clicked the tracking link, it said that it hadn't been transferred to UPS. I reached out to Coterie and they said "UPS missed the initial scan and subsequent scans" and sent a replacement package. The replacement had a tracking number and arrived. I figured this was a one-off. The November shipment did not arrive, and the company sent the same canned email about UPS missing scans. They said they expedited a replacement package with 2-3 day shipping. The package did not arrive. I reached out, and they once again replied with the same canned message about UPS missing scans. I reached out, and they said they sent a replacement package. Today, my account page once again says the package is processed, but with no tracking information. Either UPS has now lost four $190 packages or Coterie is not sending them for some reason and blaming this on UPS. The latter seems more likely to me. Either way, it is incredibly frustrating when you expect diapers and wipes to arrive and they don't arrive in time. The bottom line is that I ordered $190 worth of diapers and wipes on 11/28/24, and 19 days later they say they are on their third shipment and I have yet to receive any. They also claim to have 24/7 text support, but I texted twice in the evening and received a response at 2am that timed out before I could awake and reply. There doesn't appear to be a way to escalate issues within their customer service, or even externally review this company. Their direct online presence, despite aggressive influencer marketing, is very limited. The product seems legitimate, but the subscription service and customer support does not. Do not do direct business, buy at the grocery store or use an alternative diaper provider.
