They sent the wrong pinata. They're phone number does not work from their website, so I emailed them back and forth for several days. Their solution was for ME to pay the return shipping and a restock fee. They did not send what I ordered! However, they did reach back out a week later and told me to keep the pinata and refunded my money and apologized.

PROS: With their online discount, the costume cost less than all other sites and they offered in in my plus plus size. It arrived quickly.
CONS: For many years, the costume has been described as including pants, but the version they deliver is without. Three emails to Customer Service over two weeks and I received no response. One email to the President and he called me right away, soon followed by an apology email from Customer Service and an offer to make reparations. I countered with a suggestion and have never heard from them again,

My order was delivered, but it was the wrong color. I gave them a 5 star rating, because I understand mistakes can be made, but how the company rectifies the error is what matters. I immediately contacted them and advised them of their error. They informed me they were working on correcting it. Three days later I received the item I ordered in the correct color. Thank you for the prompt attention.

First time purchasing a costume from this company and i gotta say it was awesome. Great price, showed up before it was due and the quality was great as well! Very pleased. Would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be using them again!

I placed an order a forest demon animatronic and three days later I get an
Email that my order was canceled item out of stock. (Thats 1)
2). I ordered an electricfied corpse, I was sent one that was from the
Returns department, they never checked the item was sent back.
All they did was put a label to ship it to me.
I was sent a broken item with parts missing.
Nice.

My order was cancelled with no explanation from company. My grandson was so upset about his costume not coming. Luckily I found the same costume at another site. I won't order from here again and won't recommend this site. I understand items selling out, but most companies send an explanation e mail, not an order has been cancelled and refund will be initiated notice.
