Door was fitted and no complaints thus far. The two installers were on time and dilligent in their work. Also took away our old door which was much appreciated

Very happy with the front door installed by Costello windows. The door itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Easy process from initial consultation to fitting. The fitters were extremely neat and tidy and left the hallway as they found it. Would definitely recommend Costello windows!

Costello windows were a delight to deal with, we asked for a child restrictor to be fitted and they sent around a service guy and had it done in a giffy, windows looking great too.

Had a new front door fitted by James, he is very professional and a hard working young man, we are very happy with our door and it was manufactured and installed on time as quoted when we visited their show room, from start to finish we are very happy with Costello windows.

As Costello Windows have shown no interest in resolving the leaking windows I had to take matters into my hand.

I hired a registered builder to repair the leaks and damage done to the house caused by the leaks. A cracked sill was replaced on one of the windows which could have been a possible source for water ingress. The repair was tested for leaks. The window was still leaking not as a result of the repair but as a result of a manufacturing fault in the window itself. The remaining windows were tested in a similar fashion and displayed the same manufacturing fault. The window frame itself is taking in water and lodging in the frame. It eventually reaches a level where it begins to seep out into the walls. So not only were the windows installed incorrectly there is now a manufacturing issue. From my own perspective this is a positive as according to my solicitor, this is a breach of contract.

On another positive note, the RTE TV series "The Complaints Bureau" have replied to email which I will be following up on shortly.

Great experience with Costello windows. We got a Palladio front door from them. They were prompt with everything and actual wait time for the door to be fitted was less than they had initially said. James, the fitter was excellent - not one bit rushed, clean and thorough in everything that he did. A special thanks to James.

From start to finish the process of getting a price , a brochure, information, questions answered, you name it, everything was straightforward. I priced around and the type of door I wanted is pretty much the same where ever you go. However, the service I got from Costello's was invaluable. A main competitor in Munster would not even entertain me when I priced my door. The door is gorgeous, feels like a proper solid, secure door. James who came to fit it did an outstanding job with my awkward older house where usually nothing goes to plan. He left an excellent tidy finish. I dealt with 4 people in Costello's at different intervals of the process and honestly cannot praise them enough. They also didn't go a day over the promised 8 week lead time. If I ever need anything again in relation to windows and doors Im not going to bother pricing around the next time to be honest.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the door and installation. He was so neat and tidy. The fact that he took so much pride in his work making sure everything was perfectly clean AND he hoovered up afterwards apologising for any dust. A1 from mee 100%

Staff was very helpful in selecting what we needed, they even installed earlier than expected, which was nice. The installers were very accommodating, clean neat and tidy and they even took away the old doors even though there was a skip on site.
