⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!

We recently used Costa Brava Taxi for our family holiday, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

From the moment we arrived, the drivers were friendly, professional and punctual. They greeted us by name, which was a lovely personal touch, and made us feel welcome straight away. Both journeys to and from our hotel involved over an hour and 40 minutes of driving, and the service was excellent throughout.

We did experience a small hiccup due to a last-minute change of location, which meant some additional travel arrangements were needed. However, the team were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Within less than 24 hours, they had everything rearranged and our next transfer booked and organised. This was particularly appreciated as we were travelling as a family of seven, including five children, so having everything sorted quickly took a huge weight off our shoulders.

The communication, friendliness and willingness to help really stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure our family was looked after and that everything ran as smoothly as possible.

First time I have used Costa Brava taxis and I was extremely impressed. Even though our flight to Girona arrived early, our driver was waiting for us with our name clearly displayed. He helped with luggage and got us quickly and safely to our destination and even double checked we were at the right apartment in the block. On the return journey our driver was waiting outside for us even though we came out early. Same excellent service back to the airport. And communication is excellent and they keep you updated by email/WhatsApp prior to pick up. Would highly recommend.

Easy to organise and pick up went smoothly

We were met on arrival by a cheerful person at Girona airport holding a sign with our name on. He loaded our luggage and took us directly to the hotel, unloading our luggage. We even arrived early.

If at was possible to give zero or even negative stars, I would. Simply - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. We booked an airport pick up and they did not show up. Our flight was delayed, but I contacted them 3 hours ahead of the scheduled pick up to tell them of the delay. They had our flight number from the booking and I asked them to track the flight. No driver on arrival and no contact/message from them so we spent over an hour calling and messaging to be told ‘10 minutes’ and then simply having our calls rejected. After an hour of waiting, at midnight, we queued for an hour for another taxi - all the while watching and checking for the arrival of our pre-paid driver. Nothing. So we took another taxi at a cost of €130. Since arrival at our hotel we have been trying to contact this company to confirm our return trip without success. I paid these people €263 and, so far, have received nothing in return and they have the cheek to ask me for a review - so here it is. Honest and in full. You have been warned - DO NOT USE, unless you want to be abandoned in the middle of the night without any thought or consideration.

First time I’ve ever booked a taxi online, weeks in advance and in a foreign country. So much could go wrong I thought but it didn’t. The driver was waiting to greet us in the airport and we were soon whisked away to our holiday home for the week. The return leg was really early in the morning but again the driver appeared on time. You can depend on this company to do exactly what they say. There is good communication too as a reminder email is sent 48 hours before each journey to check for changes. I will definitely be using you again next time.
