In first time I use my card Cosmo will be very good ,but between 7 days card not work ,I ask assistence what the problem? The assistance write me “the card processor is experiencing an unexpected system outage which is affecting card account functionality for some users. This is currently being addressed by the processor. Your funds and account details are safe and service will be restored as soon as possible” it’s big problem because I need money and attend from 22/06/2023

My money are freezed without reason and…

My money are freezed without reason and i dont understand why i can not use my new card after the older one expired.I have activated my new card, all looked fine in my profile and then out of nowhere my money disappeared and my new card can not be used at the ATM. I sent an email but they asking me for another SAN, i dont have another SAN, the new card they issued for me has the same SAN as the one that expired. I can not have access to my balance of usd 1500, i can not use my new card at the ATM, despite the fact i activated in my account. That s a frustrating problem.

I had quite terrible times starting…

I had quite terrible times starting with 24th of march due to VISA issue that caused me to can't use my prepaid card online. During that week, the team was super helpful and understanding even I was mad and so angry sometimes. We have thousands of kilometres between us but those guys always tried and achieved me to feel like home. Tyler, Tom, Sandra and Especially, Carl P.. They got my trust to the company again even I decided to cancel my account and searching for the ways to transfer my money. Please do a favour to them for me, cause they deserve the best. They are So pattionete and devoted to where they are working for. And, the guy on Twitter. I don't know the name. But he listened to me everytime even we were in mad different time zones. I want to thank him/her as well. I love you guys. And I can say that I hope we can work together for the upcoming years as well. Best regards. A fan of your crew from Turkey 😘🥰

I liked the fact that support does not…

I liked the fact that support does not respond with templates, it seems that they wholeheartedly want to help. I hope they continue to do a good job and prosper. The card arrived within 3 days and I was very pleased with it. The only problem is that 3d secure automatically for online shopping is difficult. I hope my review helps.

Random fees that they either don't…

Random fees that they either don't advertise clearly, or at all! I was charged for moving money from card into 'secondary balance' within the same account. Obviously this is not a hi tech company so they need some way of making money, so they'll charge a lot of fees for doing very little. The positive reviews look like paid reviews, or from within their own company.

Hello Yiu Chan, the fee you paid is .50 cents - all of our fees are shown on our public fees page. This is not a revenue source but a network fee. There is unfortunately a premium from our providers for operating in the porn industry and supporting you with your adult payments, but we keep the fees as low as possible in that regard. We do a lot, to help the industry get safe payments, and help the industry get accepted in the mainstream, when so many banks refuse to service the industry. We have over 400 positive reviews, all from verifiable clients.
